Tolles Resort Living! Das Penthouse ist ein First-Class-Penthouse auf einem Triplex mit perfekter Meer- und Strandblick. Dieses Haus liegt praktisch am Strand. Bettwäsche, Kissen und Kissenbezüge, Bade- und Küchentücher sind vorhanden.
Das Penthouse verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer mit einem Aufzug, der Sie direkt vom Parkplatz aus an die Spitze dieses wunderschönen Hauses bringt. Oben angekommen, öffnet sich die Tür zu einer Höhle, einer Küche und einem Essbereich.
Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Dekor mit einem 42-Zoll-LCD-TV mit HD-Kanälen und Kabelkanälen. Full-Size-Couch und Liebessitz. Hinter der Höhle befindet sich der Essbereich und der Tisch mit 8 Sitzplätzen und zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten für drei Personen an der Küchenbar. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig zum Kochen von Mahlzeiten mit viel Granit Arbeitsplatte.

Hinter der Küche ist der Größere der Master-Suiten. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen LCD-TV und eine kleine eigene Terrasse, auf der Sie sich entspannen und den Abend genießen können. Das Badezimmer verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine Dusche und eine Whirlpool-Badewanne.

Die zweite Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Zugang zum vorderen Deck mit mehr fantastische Aussicht, LCD-TV.

Die zusätzlichen zwei Schlafzimmer bestehen aus einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Beide haben LCD-Fernseher

Das Obergeschoss ist ein Medienraum mit einem weiteren 42 'LCD-TV. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kartenspieltisch, 2 Plüschsessel und eine Couch und einen Sessel. Die Aussicht von diesem Zimmer ist unglaublich. Sie haben den Ozean von vorne und den Blick auf den Bogue Sound auf der Rückseite.

Our group of 7, aged 13 to 84, had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful and plenty of room for all. Easy beach access and pretty views. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. There was ample room for our family of 8 people. We had dinner in a couple of nights, enjoyed the beautiful view, easy short walk to the beach and came home each day to a comfortable place to relax and get a good nights rest. The whole place was very clean and well appointed. All we had to bring were some groceries and ourselves! Communication was great and we never had issues during our stay but no doubt had we needed anything it would have been a quick phone call away.

Great Stay

We love this rental. It was our 3rd time staying here. The layout works well for our family. Kiddos love the loft. I love the big open kitchen for cooking meals/food prep. The view is lovely. The area is not crowded (at least this time of year) and we always enjoy our stay.

Great View with all the amenities

Great place with a beautiful view. Very easy access to the beach. The elevator provided ease of movement for my elderly mother and one in our party who is to have knee surgery. Great restaurants and an easy travel distance to great little towns like New Bern, Beaufort, and Swansboro. Comfortable and enjoyable.

Fun Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Lookout! The unit was spacious and bright. We loved that we could see the Cape from the deck. It didn't hurt that the weather was perfect for us every day of our vacation. The management company was exceptionally pleasant to work with as well. Arrival & departure was made very easy. We'll be back!

Beautiful & Spacious

The house lives up to the photos with very generous common area and lovely spacious bedrooms! We had a lovely mini family reunion for my mom’s birthday! Daily walks on the beach with Carolina sunshine made it a great weekend! So thankful for the elevator especially for my elderly parents (and loading and unloading)!!

Family for daughter’s wedding

This is a beautiful place with so much marital Light and beauty. Wonderful location with easy beach access. It served our purpose in holding family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. The property manager is super responsive and we had no issue at all. Thank you for allowing g us to stay! We will be back!

Annual Family Gathering

The place was perfect for our family. We had 10 family member staying in the unit. We needed accommodations for family that had a hard time with stairs. The elevator and expansive main level was excellent for family gatherings! The loft was excellent for the younger generation to gather, not to mention the large porches! Edith the property manager was AMAZING!! We texted her very late at night when we arrived. She resolved our issue first thing in the morning. She truly defines Southern Hospitality and welcome, the owners are very luck to have her!!!

Great place and location. But NO GRILL

Loved everything about this rental, EXCEPT the fact there was no grill. We planned on multiple grilled meals over this Memorial Day weekend. This rental listed a grill on its website-not true. Called property management and was told there was not one because it “rusted out and owners didn’t replace it”. I was told Dollar General down the road would probably have a grill that I could purchase.?? I have 2 portable grills at home I could have brought with me if I had known. They should have updated amenities on website. Nice place with great beach access but major disappointment. Yes, I would rent the place again but I would be bringing my own grill.
