Die geräumige und komfortable Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie im Urlaub benötigen. Samstag bis Samstag Vermietung nur während der Hauptsaison von Juni, Juli und August. Mieter dürfen 2 Autos nur in der Einheit.

Wenn Sie diese wunderschöne Wohnung betreten, sehen Sie auf der linken Seite ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Twin-Day-Betten. Ein Vollbad schließt an das folgende Schlafzimmer an, das drei Doppelbetten und ein volles Bett hat. Dieser Bereich wäre perfekt für die Kinder, um sich zu versammeln. Es gibt einen Fernseher in diesem Raum für die Kinder zu genießen.

Gehen Sie nach oben in den zweiten Stock, wo Sie die schöne Küche mit stilvollen Granitoberflächen finden. Die Küche öffnet sich direkt zum Wohn- und Essbereich und von dort aus können Sie auf dem Deck den spektakulären Blick auf das Meer genießen. Es gibt einen Fernseher im Hauptwohnzimmer für die Familienbeobachtung. Gleich hinter der Küche befindet sich ein Barbereich und ein Vollbad, das in ein weiteres Schlafzimmer führt. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Etagenbett. Beachten Sie die private Tür, die nach draußen führt ...

Die oberste Etage verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit Kingsize-Betten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes großes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken. * Bonus * es gibt eine extra Dusche, die beide Badezimmer miteinander verbindet! Viele Orte, an denen jeder nach dem Strand aufräumen kann :) In beiden Zimmern gibt es einen Fernseher, damit Sie sich ein wenig entspannen können.

Dieses fantastische Haus bietet bequem Platz für 15 Personen und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Fort Macon State Parks. Bei Tar Landing sind keine Boote, Jetskis, Anhänger, Wohnmobile oder Motorräder gestattet.

We had a wonderful stay at Papa Jim's. There was plenty of room for everyone! Really loved have the extra fridge on the first floor. The view of the ocean was really nice and relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay here again! :)

Amazing Place

My family and I came down from Montana and this was the perfect size house for all of us. We enjoyed the property and being able to wake up and look at the ocean. The property manager Heather was awesome and very helpful. All in all a wonderful place to stay on vacation.

Another amazing vacation at Atlantic beach NC. Check in was simple, Heather made everything perfect. I called her with a few little problems, and she sent out Andy right away, and took care it things immediately. . Plenty of space for our family, with room left over.

Loved the condo. We’ve stayed at probably 6 other condos in Tar Landing over the last 40 years and this was our favorite. Best view in the whole complex. The beds already being made was a nice extra touch. Heather was great to work with and very helpful. Can’t wait till next year.

Nice Stay

Great property with even better location. Very clean and linens and towels were plentiful! Kitchen is well stocked but they could replace some of the pans that have the finish coming off. VERY small kitchen, so use it wisely! Loved the 2nd fridge downstairs, the filtered water at the kitchen sink and the amazing views. Thanks for sharing your property with us again (also stayed in 2020).

Beautiful view, kept up well with the exception of the oven not working the last three days of our stay and the stovetop not working the last two days of our stay. Tar Landing is very nice and we love that property, I was disappointed we had to throw out a lot of food upon leaving and we were on a one week vacation so making time for repair people to come i and fix the stove and oven was not something we wanted to wait around for, I feel that we should have been given some money back due to that issue alone, but it was not offered.

Awesome rental!

We loved our stay! We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for over 15 years for summer vacation. Our family has grown and we decided to try a new place. The condo was perfect for our group of 9 and we still had plenty of extra room. It was 3 levels, so a great option for families with young kids who want to stay up after the kids are in bed. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, condo was well stocked and it was a perfect walking distance to the beach. Heather was great to work with! We would definitely stay here again :)

Convenient

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very convenient to go to the beach and the pool. It was the best location of the complex. The lighting in the condo was great, but might need an up date on a few fans and fixtures, but that’s just an opinion from a lighting girl. My daughter asked if we could stay at this condo every time we come. So I would say it was a great mini vacation for our family and friends. ❤️❤️

Great week being introduced to Altantic Beach

Such a great week in AB while participating in the Big Rock Fishing Tournament. We would definitely stay here again! Great spot, awesome access to the beach and lots of space for a crowd. Some comments below, but great rental overall! Pros: Front door access to the beach Space throughout the condo 2 full refrigerators Very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding Comfortable porch furniture, including a cool swing Filtered water in kitchen Well stocked kitchen Grill, grill utensils and charcoal Comfy living room Property manager, Heather is a gem, so easy to work with, and cares about her owners and guests! Very easy to work with. Cons: Small Outside trash can and dumpster is far away and gets full quickly Small kitchen Kitchen furniture takes up a lot of space, so it's tough to move around during meals Parking - only 2 spots Out of date TVs and Stereo equipment No TV in front downstairs basement (with two trundles)

We sat on the swing every day. The property was clean and well maintained. Heather was wonderful to work with!! I would recommend, but would rather keep it a secret..lol! We have been coming down and staying only at Tar Landing on and off since 1987. We spend most of our time at the beach. But do love Amos Mosquito and The Island Grille. We always visit Beaufort and the water front in Morehead City. I gave 5 stars on everything except the condition, but only for a couple things that could use a refresh.

We have been staying at Tar Landing Villas for 25 years. My family owned a condo there until 2021. It is the best place to vacation on the island in my opinion. The Property Manager, Heather went above and beyond to help us with some issues we had with the cleaners and some things we needed for the condo and she was so kind and helpful. The beach is private and I was really surprised that it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be, which we loved. We normally come down in August but July was great. We love the pool and the views of the ocean were great. We even left the doors open one night to listen to the ocean while we slept. It is a great spot for a large family with children. Thank you to Heather for making our stay amazing! And this is a place we would definitely stay at again!

Great place!

This was not our first time staying at this property. It is just as advertised with plenty of space for a family with children to spread out. The place is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the views are amazing. Property manager is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful! We will surely be back again!

We had an amazing stay! The only thing we’d say needs to be improved is the age of the TV and remotes. I don’t even think they need to be upgraded to the newest models, but at least a few years newer! Other than that everything was absolutely stunning!!
