Apartment is an upstairs private space with 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Owners that live in downstairs apartment are quiet and respectful. You will have the privacy that you need for a great vacation. There is a separate shared outdoor backyard with BBQ grill and furniture. This is a shared space with Owner and a separate one bedroom cottage off to the side of the house.

Separate private access to the unit with electronic locks or key that will be provided.

Additional house rules:
-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-No prom stays,
-No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21,
-4 beach badges are provided for your convenience. There is a $75 charge for each beach badge lost.
