Great location and rare find in Bradley!

We had a great stay. Place is well equipped and in a great location. Less than 15 min to beach and right near coffee, cafes, etc. Host was extremely responsive. Will stay again!

Great location at the shore

Place was spotless and has everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation including all necessary cooking or grilling equipment. Great location on Main Street close to bars and restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. Host communicated throughout the entire stay to make sure we had everything we needed

Great stay, great location.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Check in process was very easy and communicative. The location of the home was great. Local restaurants and bars and cute coffee shops. The beach is walkable, but we drove with the recent heat wave and never had problem parking!

The Bradley Beach home delivered more than expected. Tucked away on Main Street was an immaculate home with an oasis of a fairytale backyard. It had everything we needed. Bedroom was charming, murphy bed comfy and bathroom was roomy. The weather we had was during Hurrican Erin, so we had a lot of rain the first day. Beach passes and chairs came in handy the next two days. It only took my 10 minutes to walk to beach, and the main street had many great boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Ryan made check in very easy and was quickly responsive to any questions. We would definitely return.

Wonderful End of Summer Beach Getaway

My kids (age 11 and 15) and I spent a couple of nights at this location. We had a wonderful time! The property was charming and located very close to the beach and multiple restaurants. The property owner was extremely helpful and made the rental process as smooth as can be. We miss the house already and would recommend it highly.

Ryann was extremely friendly, courteous, and responsive to answer our questions. We had a great time and it was especially fun because we had our dog, Blue, with us. Ryann even left us dog treats upon check-in! Great host. Great location!

Super Cute and Conveniently Located

Perfect getaway, close to the beach, great restaurants all around. Very clean. The private backyard was great. Dog-friendly place, and responsive owner. Would come back in a heartbeat. (We tried to extend our stay but this great place had already been snatched up.)

Best Time Ever!

This was our families first trip with our baby girl, and Ryan made it happen for us with his beautiful property! It was right on the main street in beautiful Bradley Beach, easy access to every restaurant imaginable, convenience store and much more. Whenever we had a question Ryan was right there to answer, the entire process was absolutely amazing!

Nice beach weekend with my family! House was walking distance to coffee shop, restaurants, and convenience store. Street parking was easy. Walk to beach was enjoyable. Parking at Bradley beach was easy. House had everything we needed. Cute backyard. Murphy bed was quite comfy!

We needed a spot to stay the night while traveling and decided to try out Bradley Beach on the Jersey Shore. Last minute, on a whim, I found this GEM! The location is perfect, charming backyard, and the home is so clean having more than anything you would need for comfortable stay. Will certainly be back! Short walk to the beach and fantastic restaurants all around! Thank you for providing this spot on VRBO!

Clean and Great Location!

Very clean, perfectly located property. Fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Exceptionally helpful owner who provided detailed, easy to follow instructions on checking in and operating everything in the house. Great restaurants and a convenience store within a 2-3 block walk in either direction, including the best bagel shop on Earth. Super comfortable bed. The only possible drawback is the fact that you can hear the upstairs neighbors if they are making noise but in my experience that was rare. Definitely 5 stars!

Quick weekend getaway

Overall we had a nice trip. Ryann was wonderfully communicative about the check in process and answered any questions I had. The area is walkable to many eateries & the walk to the beach isn’t too bad. We opted to drive because we had children with us and all their things. My only real issue was the noise. The upstairs neighbors were up late and the walls are thin. Being that the property is on a main st the car traffic and sounds are loud as well as the train nearby.

Perfect little getaway

My family and I spent a few days at Ryann’s property and it was just what we needed. It was the perfect little spot in the middle of everything. We walked to dinner, walked to the coffee shop across the street and walked to the convenience store. The beach is a super close drive as well! Ryann was so helpful with all of my questions and always answered me so quickly! The property being dog friendly was a HUGE plus and the fenced in yard was perfect for my fur babies. So glad we found this property! Thanks for everything! P.S. The bubbles for our daughter and the dog treats for the dogs were SO sweet!

Great location and communication

This is a very convenient house overall: It's close to the beach, near a ton of restaurants and businesses on Main Street, and the unit itself has everything you'll need for your stay. Parking is easy on nearby streets, though you shouldn't expect to leave your car right outside the home, as Main Street parking is limited to two hours at a time. The host is extremely communicative and helpful. We had two adults and one toddler in our group. The toddler stayed in a pack-and-play in the bedroom (bring your own blackout curtains if you need them), while my partner and I stayed in the murphy bed, which was totally fine and easy to use. We had no problem getting in and out with a stroller, preparing food, giving our kid a bath, etc. Everything works as you'd want it to. One minor issue that could be a big problem or a total non-factor, depending on your needs and personality: The people in the neighboring unit enjoy drinking and socializing in the evening and do it on the patio, directly outside of the apartment. Because the walls are thin, they basically sound like they're in the apartment with you; we could hear them about as well as if they'd been sitting on the couch next to us. But, you know, it's a beach community, people are allowed to have fun, they stopped at a reasonable hour, and it didn't wake our toddler up, so no problem, really. If you're extremely sensitive to sound, you might not want this apartment, though, as there is also a fair bit of noise from the street.
