The Space:
THE SKINNY: This absolutely stunning 5 bedroom pool home is situated in the treasured heart of Vilano Beach in St. Augustine, just steps from the beautiful beach via the short shaded walk to the beach access directly across A1A from our street (just 225 steps)! The home itself is nearby some amazing locally owned restaurants, attractions and shops like Caps On The Water, the Reef, Castle Ottis, Publix grocery, 180 Vilano and much more. The property is only 3.5 blocks (a five minute walk) from the Usina Boat Ramp and 9 short blocks (an 8 minute walk) from the St. Augustine Boating Club! The immersive exterior of the property and interior decor/design will give you no choice but to allow yourself to fully escape into vacation mode. Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs throughout the day in the various areas of the pool patio. Enjoy the sparkling pool in the sun, lounge on the patio furniture, or light up the wood burning fire pit! The large open living floor plan creates a cozy atmosphere. The stately eat-in kitchen is truly stocked to allow you to entertain your whole group with ease. Relax inside or outside, grab some gear and head to the sand, grill out on our electric BBQ or take the car down to historic downtown St. Augustine (just 10 minutes away) for a day of active group fun. Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!
THE PROXIMITY: Most of my favorite local hot spots in this part of town are within a short drive or even a walk of the front door! To name a few: Caps On The Water, Aunt Kate's, The Reef, Comanchee Cove boat rentals, Oddbirds Cafe, 180 Vilano Pizzeria, Beaches, the list goes on, and you're just a stones throw from the very heart of downtown St. Augustine. To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 25 minutes north to the best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! A1A is our main commercial corridor for this home, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds to the south where the bridge comes over onto Vilano from the mainland. This home is less than 5 minutes from Publix grocery store.
THE SPACE: This one-story (no carrying heavy luggage up or down stairs!) home sleeps 12 in 5 bedrooms with 2 King Beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds and 2 single beds in a trundle setup in the main living area. The kitchen is equipped to service your whole group and cook together for a great night in! The TV's all have Samsung TV Plus capability and are Smart, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.
THE LAYOUT: This home has a solid 5/3 layout.
>PRIMARY BEDROOM + FULL BATH: King size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower with rain shower head, deep soaking tub and bidet.
>GUEST BEDROOM 1: King size bed. Option for the attached bath (with shower/tub combo) to be en suite OR to be a guest bath shared with the rest of the house based on the access door you choose to use.
>GUEST BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed.
>GUEST BEDROOM 3: Queen size bed.
>GUEST BEDROOM 4: Two extra long twin beds.
>3RD FULL BATH: Located in the hall between two bedrooms, with shower/tub combo.

OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.
PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in our driveway. Street parking is not allowed. The garage is not accessible to guests.
LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washer and dryer. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a short drive south is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated steps to the private non-drivable beach in Vilano via the short shaded walk to the beach access directly across A1A from our street (just 225 steps). You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent or St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.

TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Per the listing, we will charge the card on file for the listing's Security Deposit of $1000 on the day of check-in. The funds will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is present upon your departure. In addition, we will also charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage, please inquire. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

This entire house is included in the rental, with the exception of the garage. Please make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood:
One of the prime areas of Vilano Beach, you will find the area is bordered to the East by the Atlantic Ocean and to the West by the Tolomato River (or what we St. Augustinians call "The Intercoastal"). Located just a two minute drive from the home is a Publix grocery store with everything you could need! In that shopping center you can rent or buy equipment for any water sports activity. Just a four minute drive over the Vilano Bridge is Camanchee Cove, where you can rent a boat for the day or charter deep sea fishing tours, or enjoy dinner at the famous Kingfish Grill.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.
