Casa Del Sol is a joy for a single family wanting to spend a week in luxury or can accommodate up to 8 adults (14 people including children) making it perfect place to host groups of many sizes.

(We can sleep up to 16 adults in this home but would need to rent it as a 7 bedroom - please inquire for that listing).

LAYOUT OF BEDROOMS: Since this is a large home with 5 true bedrooms we decided to design it in a way that would be most functional for any size group. Thus we remodeled 2 rooms to be “FLEX” rooms that can serve as a true bedroom or as a Living Room area. The following will help clarify what is offered in each room.

BEDROOM #1 - The Master Suite

BEDROOM #3 - The Gray Room (King Bed with Ensuite)
King bed, 55” Smart TV, Bathroom is accessed through pocket door, large dresser, standard closet, sound machine, ceiling fan

BEDROOM #4 - The Ocean Bunk Room
TWO Twin over Full Bunk beds (sleeps 6), HUGE foam bag, desk, standard closet, small selection of books and toys for a range of ages, standing fan, Sound and light machine that mimics being underwater

COMMON AREAS

Kitchen -- Kitchen is large and is fully stocked with all essential cooking needs for your gathering. Gorgeous granite countertops with large island make preparing, serving, and clean up a breeze with any style meal or gathering. A complimentary starter coffee bar will be there to great you along with full place settings for 20, kids dish ware, and outdoor plastic place settings for safety and ease.

Main living room - Custom couches compliment the room along with the 72" fan above. 43" Smart TV can be enjoyed here as well as board and card games can be found in the cabinetry for some after dinner fun! You will also discover couch covers if needed and containers for seashell and shark tooth collecting!

Outdoors -- Backyard has plenty of room to be enjoyed by your entire group! Picnic style table seats 6-8 , stylish patio set seats 5, and fire pit location seats 8. Light, plastic chairs were specifically chosen for here so they can be moved around to suit your needs and gathering . Although you may not be sitting the entire time as putting green, corn hole and life size 4 in Row is fun for everyone!

SERENATA BEACH CLUB ACCESS
Our guests will now have the ability to purchase the Serenata Beach Club package! LOCATED 3 min. from house. Includes adult only pool, HEATED family pool, kids pool, gym, restaurants, beach access, kids club, and weekly specials events!! Packages include up to 8 people and more than one package can be purchased. Passes are good for 7 days and NOT discounted for shorter stays.
