My favorite beach rental! A new bar has been set for our yearly reunion! This home is big, beautiful, with the best scenery of the beach, Atlantic Ocean and Matanzas Bay. Close to a ton of excellent restaurants, shops and water activities. Awesome communication with the owners and FYI, all the bells and whistles with meticulous decorating. I would give the home 100 stars!

We really liked the location as far as the view and accessibility to the beach. It was just a short walk to the public access path. The home is beautiful. The kitchen is stocked fairly well with cooking utensils. The refrigerator doors wouldn't open all the way, it didn't fit into the cabinet opening correctly. The biggest complaint we had was the lack of towels and wash clothes. There was only a couple of tolwels in each bathroom and 5 washcloths overall. We had to do laundry constantly but we made it work. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and artfully decorated, while still feeling comfortable and welcoming for our family. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the spacious living room and sofa area for relaxing together after a busy day.The kitchen was downright amazing and easily one of our favorite parts of the house! We also loved having both indoor and outdoor tables, and the balconies were fantastic—the beach and water views were absolutely beautiful.The elevator was incredibly handy, the game room was a cool and unexpected addition, and the property had great parking with easy access to pretty much everything we wanted to do around St. Augustine.Overall, it was a beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained property that made a perfect home base for our family vacation. We made some wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous oceanfront home. House was very clean and well-appointed. Great space for us with 4 kids 5 and under since it has 2 separate living area and a game room. We spent most of our time on the incredible porches overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend

Perfect beach home!!!

Beautiful, clean, spacious home. Great location near town, but away from the crowds. It had everything we needed, from fully stocked kitchen to extra blankets and umbrellas.The owners have thought of everything, One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

Convenient to Everything!

Beautiful, clean, well stocked home! When I say convenient to everything, I mean it. Grocery store a couple of blocks, plenty of restaurants and sightseeing within a short drive, and the beach just across drive. Absolutely loved entire stay!

Vilano beach getaway!

This beach house was absolutely fabulous!! From location, to furnishings, to the communication with the property manager, everything was great! We had extended family staying at another rental down the street, after getting a tour of ours they said next time they will definitely be renting this home! Can’t say enough great things!

Best trip!

Our family had an amazing time staying at the Vilano Sunrise Retreat house! My toddler grandson had a great time at the property and loved the beach. We all appreciated the walk over to the beach being close and short. Views of beach amazing! This beautiful house was stocked with everything that made our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. Stunning oceanfront Retreat

Our large family loved everything about this beautiful home. It had gorgeous water views and we practically lived on the 2 decks while we were there. The decks are practically outdoor living rooms; perfect for eating meals, watching storms come across the ocean, and watching all the activity on the beach. The house was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys that came with the house too. It was also very easy to get to downtown St. Augustine and the pier for fishing. We had a wonderful vacation in this home and would really love to return.

Stunning Vilano Prperty

Just wrapped up our stay at this Vilano Beach property booked through VRBO, and it was exactly what we needed. The location is hard to beat. It's quiet, tucked away from the crowds, but still close enough to everything in St. Augustine. Morning walks along the beach quickly became a favorite routine, and the views never got old. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. You can tell the owners and iTrip care. Everything we needed was there, and it made settling in effortless. The space worked great for relaxing after long days out, and it had that easy, coastal feel you hope for when you book a beach trip. A couple small things could be improved (as is the case anywhere), but nothing that took away from the overall experience. If you’re looking for a laid-back beach stay with convenience and charm, this property and Vilano Beach is a great choice. We’d absolutely come back.

Wedding Weekend

We rented this home for our family for my son’s wedding. It was the perfect house to relax after a fun wedding in St. Augustine. The house is gorgeous. Every room is beautiful. Such thought went into this home with the decor. The top deck was the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and listen to the waves and watch the sunset and then coffee in the morning with the sunrise. It was quiet and there is no through traffic going by the house. Honestly, we want to buy the house. We loved it that much. Will definitely come back.
