Here's what you'll find:

- Dining table w/ seating for 4
KITCHEN:
- Fully stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove/Oven & Microwave.
- Note: This unit does not have a dishwasher.
- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)

- Bedroom #1: Queen, TV (streaming only), Ceiling fan, En-suite Bathroom
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed, Ceiling fan

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

- 1 space in shared 2-car garage. Fits most vehicle sizes. Accessed via rear alley
- Available neighborhood street parking can also be utilized (metered and non-metered).
LAUNDRY:
Shared coin-operated units are located in the garage. Guests must provide supplies.
LOCATION:
A large park/playground and basketball court is right outside your door - a local favorite; the historical Newport Pier, restaurants and shops galore are only 12 blocks south; and the beach just across Balboa Blvd.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, wagons, rollaway twin beds, and more. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
