We were visiting to attend a wedding. We had 7 adults in our party. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee available our 1st morning. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for us with 2 private suites. We saw deer outside our patio and the walkway to the beach was right outside our patio. We would highly recommend this property and gated community.

The location for this Vrbo can’t be beat! Loved the first floor easy access for walking to the beach - so close - what a treat! Sunrise walk just beautiful! The unit was very spacious for our family of four adults and having the three bathrooms was great. Unit was very comfortable and clean. Had a glitch that Cindy addressed upon talking with her. We had a wonderful stay! The host was prompt with communication and was very helpful! The location couldn’t be beat! The path to the beach was steps from the back porch. The layout of the condo was superb for our group. Perfect for a family with kids! We enjoyed the little playground steps from the condo as well as the pool and hot tub that was only a short walk away. My kids loved feeding the ducks and turtles that were in the pond. We will definitely come back again!

The location was fabulous! Easy walk for toddlers to the beach and pool. Very spacious 3 bed/bath and nice size living area. Lots of supplies at condo for cooking and beach. Highly recommend!

Great location. We loved being so close to the beach, pool and playground. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Condo was spacious for our family . It was one of our favorite places we have stayed at HHI.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with basics. Close to the beach, bike rentals available on-site, nice amenities within the complex. It was an ideal place for our girls’ group reunion and we would definitely recommend it! Hosts were very kind and responsive, and offered great suggestions for local eateries and activities.

This is one of my favorite homes on Hilton Head. This was our third stay here. It is perfect for our family. Easy beach access, the kids love the pool, and the host is attentive. Our girls love the closets. They make the one closet into a fort and sleep in it.

Very nice condo with a great location. Back porch is right next to the path to the beach with ocean views. Complex was quiet and clean. Nice pool and small playground for my daughter was a big plus. Host is very friendly with excellent communication. Unit was perfectly clean and very comfortable.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for many years but this is our favorite. I wish we would have found it sooner. The layout of the unit fit us perfectly. The beds and linens were super comfortable. Very convenient first floor location close to the beach. We enjoyed the amenities (pools, playground, etc.) and beautiful well-kept grounds of the Island Club complex. Cindy (owner) was GREAT to work with. We are already planning our next trip to HHI and hope we can stay here again. We had a great week!

Wonderful week on Hilton Head Island for a girls trip. Location was fantastic, views of the beach from the condo. We walked to the beach daily to watch the sunrise. Unit is well stocked and beds were very comfy. 2 patios are available to enjoy the view and weather. We will definitely be back!

Immaculate! Extremely clean! Amazing! My family and I have been coming to Hilton Head for years and this unit was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean upon arrival and very well stocked. Our hostess, Cindy, was amazing. She communicated with me from the time I booked the unit (several months in advance) until we arrived, throughout the trip and after we got home. The unit was exactly as described but I don’t feel the pictures do it justice. The bedrooms are huge with the main having a very comfortable king bed and the other two bedrooms with 2 queens in each. The living room and dining area have plenty of room for family gatherings after a long day at the beach. There are three bathrooms total to accommodate all your guests. The kitchen is so well stocked you won’t need to go out to eat if you don’t want to. This first floor unit is literally only about 25 steps to the entrance to the beach from your back patio but still private enough to enjoy your morning coffee on the patio. Thanks to Cindy and her family, this was certainly a memorable trip for us.

This place did not disappoint! Pictures don't do it justice! The view from the patio and master bedroom is gorgeous! There was plenty of room to spread out! The condo is huge with 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 full bathrooms. The location is perfection- easy to unload luggage or groceries. A short walk to the pool. Very comfortable beds. Our favorite place to date to stay on HHI! We will will be back! Thanks to Cindy and Dave for their responsiveness and hospitality!

We loved our family stay! There was plenty of space and perfect location for what we wanted. Right off the back porch was the walkway to the ocean. Beach chairs, toys and a wagon was provided. Kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of activities onsite. The pool was not very family friendly if you have kids that make noise but was really nice and pool was warm. Our only complaint was that the apartment was very dusty (fans, plants). Overall our stay was amazing and we would love to return.

I just have this thing about everything being as perfect as possible! You guys are the best.
