European cabinetry, quartz countertops and full-size stainless-steel appliances make working in this kitchen easy. And to enjoy those meals, the dining area has a huge live-edge walnut dining table that will seat 6 comfortably.

But no matter where you are in the living area, you're looking out glass sliders to the incredible patio and 15` x 32` x 7 1/2` deep salt-water pool that gets sun from morning to evening. Sitting just above the pool is a fully integrated 5` x 8` 8-jet salt-water spa is large enough to sit your group comfortably. There are gorgeous views of the San Jacinto mountains from every vantage point. For the bocce ball beginners or enthusiasts, you`ll enjoy the backyard court where you can play in the sun in full view of the mountains.

The two guest bedrooms have queen beds with sliders to either a semi-private patio or to the pool side patio. The fully tiled guest bathroom is just off the two guest bedrooms and has a bathtub/shower combo.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
