Das charmante, aus roten Ziegeln, georgische Haus ist ein schönes Beispiel für bescheidene Architektur des 19. Jahrhunderts. Besticht sowohl Komfort und Charakter, während bietet alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten die Sie sich wünschen. Unser Haus besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 abklappbaren Betten, große, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein großes helles Badezimmer, extra WC und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Gaskamin. Alles in, gibt es 2 Flachbildfernseher, Netflix, ein DVD-Player, Playstation, eine Auswahl an Brettspielen und drahtlose Breitband .. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße in einem der North Dublin zu den historischen Vororte, dieser Ort bietet Ihnen die ideale Gelegenheit zu erkunden alles, was Dublin zu bieten hat, und dann bekommen weg von allem am Ende eines langen Tages.

Diese Immobilie befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung von der Stadtmitte / Innenstadt gelegen und doch ruhig gelegen in einem von North Dublin zu den historischen Wohnviertel. Temple Bar, dem Trinity College, Das GPO, The Spire, The Writers 'Museum, The Jameson Distillery, der O'Connell Street, (Dublins Hauptstraße) - alle Wurf nur Stein weg von unserem schönen Haus.

Nice. Location within walking distance of Temple Bar Area

Property was nicely appointed with everything you need and included tastful knickknacks that made it feel like a home. Nice quite area with grocery, restaurants and pubs nearby. We found a inexpensive vegetarian Resturant nearby that great, four out of six in our party are vegetarian or vegan

Great thanksgiving visit

We came as a family from the US to visit our daughter who was in Dublin for a semester abroad. We were a group of 5 and she stayed with us some nights as well. The place was beautiful, clean and highly functional. Great bedrooms, wonderful large kitchen. We were able to prepare full meals there without any problems. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our teenagers appreciated the Nexflix and WiFi. The house was nicely decorated for Christmas when we arrived. Simon was attentive to all our needs, even storing our luggage at his place because we arrived too early to check in. When the home was ready he was there waiting for us with our luggage.

It was easy to get to the city. We walked without a problem but we were also able to figure out the bus system with several stops very close to the home. I would recommend this home to any families looking for a cosy stay in Dublin.

Dublin City

A group of 7 of us traveled to Ireland for the Penn State game. This house was wonderful. The property was clean and well-maintained. The house really was a home away from home for us. The location to Dublin City made most things walkable. But above all else, Simon was a huge help to us. He genuinely cared about our experience in Ireland and was avail 24/7 for anything we needed. He even met us at 7:00 a.m. the last morning to make sure everything was OK on our trip.

Beyond All Expectations!

We couldn't have been happier with the house! Upon arrival Michael, the house manager, gave us the grand tour showing us all the amenities, many unexpected, that came with the house including the delicious brown bread and scones. The Family Room was more than comfortable but the bright kitchen and huge kitchen table kept our sizable group socializing there instead most nights. Modern, clean appliances and supplies made it a home away from home for us. More than enough room for our family reunion.

The location was close enough to downtown Dublin (O'Connell Street) that we had no trouble making the 10-15 min. walk there even with three young boys and a girl in a stroller. Also had access to a Tesco's (I believe it was) nearby as well as a playground around the corner.

What really sets this place above all others however was the hospitality of Simon and Jo. They took a genuine interest in our comfort and making our visit special. Simon's pride of ownership and guest services was both apparent and exceptional. Obviously, would highly recommend!

Wonderful flat in Dublin!

This apartment in Dublin was an absolute joy to stay in. We loved the location. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The flat itself is very spacious and the four of us had plenty of room. Simon was extremely helpful with suggestions and information and we appreciated all of the nice details in the apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Dublin.

gorgeous flat!

Our family had the absolute pleasure of staying in this lovely flat for a week, and so far it has been our favorite place! Simon met our shuttle upon arrival, even though we were early, and he gave us a thorough (read: clear and not overwhelming) tour of the house and its workings. Jo made us delicious scones and Irish brown bread that sustained our hungry kids until we could get our bearings. The fridge was also stocked with staples to get us started: Irish butter, milk, juice and jam, and the pantry had plenty of spices and seasonings for the nights we cooked at home.

Our kids LOVED having the television and PS3--we LOVED closing the door on the noise and enjoyed hooking up our ipods to the speaker in the kitchen while we sat on the sweet little patio.

Our time at Simon and Jo's was just fabulous: we could walk everywhere once we figured out our little area was so close to the Jamesons' factory tour and Temple Bar going one way and O'Connell Street going another. The location was very, very convenient. There is a little market around the corner for staples that sold delicious produce as well. A few blocks away we found a larger market, and a Marks & Spencer was within walking distance if you wanted to shop on a grander scale.

We can't say enough about how wonderful and helpful Simon was! He continued to be helpful even after we left Dublin, sharing the names of places to visit at our next stop in Galway. Simon is simply terrific, and he will do absolutely everything within his power to make your stay in Dublin grand!
