This spacious 6BR/3.5BA home in a golf-cart-friendly area features a large backyard, pool, hardwood floors, and a 2-story great room with a stone fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has a granite island and high-end appliances. The master suite offers a gas fireplace and a private balcony with Lake Michigan views. A lounge with a Peloton bike is also included. Three main-floor bedrooms share 1.5 baths. The screened porch overlooks the deck, pool, fire pit, and kids’ play equipment.

THE SPACE
Main Destination’s stunning open floor plan includes a gorgeous 2-story great room anchored by a stone fireplace flanked by large windows with motorized, remote-controlled shades. The gourmet, eat-in kitchen has a gas cooktop and an island that seats 4, with the adjacent dining table seating 8.

Doors off the main social areas lead to a nice screened porch and expansive deck with BBQ overlooking the heated pool, fire pit, and play equipment for kids. Outdoor seating includes a table for 4 as well as a large table with bench seating for 8-10. There is also a gas grill on the outside deck.

Each bedroom is a perfect combination of comfort and style—we use only high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a good night’s sleep. All the furnishings and décor are hand-selected for both aesthetic appeal and practical use.

The upper-level primary suite has its own gas fireplace, full bathroom, and private balcony. The living/lounge area outside the suite features a Peloton bike so you can keep your workouts on track, and a dedicated workspace to stay in touch with the office. The three main-floor bedrooms share 1.5 baths, and there is another full bath on the lower level. An additional recreation area with a Smart TV, children’s toys, and games is located in the basement—a perfect spot for the children to play while the adults relax upstairs!

Pet-friendly Main Destination is fully equipped for your family’s stay, including a comprehensive housewares package, as well as a highchair, two children's booster seats, a crib, and a Pack 'N Play.

Situated along the shores of Lake Michigan, Grand Beach offers a delightful mix of activities for everyone to enjoy. Start your day with a leisurely walk along the sandy beach, where the gentle waves and panoramic views create a perfect backdrop for relaxation.

For those seeking adventure, nearby Warren Dunes State Park features towering sand dunes and scenic trails ideal for hiking and birdwatching. The park's natural beauty provides a serene escape into Michigan's picturesque landscape.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.

We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking. 

This home has 4 security cameras. One is the Ring doorbell on the front, one is on the side door along the garage, and two are on the back of the house.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
