Luxury vacation cottage - walk to beach/downtown New Buffalo and pool!

Welcome to our vacation home! Newly renovated in 2021, Casamigos Corner is located in the heart of downtown New Buffalo in a quiet and quaint neighborhood, just a short walk from restaurants (Stray Dog, Redamaks, Oinks, etc), the local grocery store, shops, and the public beach. Or if you want to hop in a car, it’s just a few minutes to the casinos, wineries, and breweries of Harbor Country. Spend the day at the beach or hang out at our private heated association pool just steps from the house. This house is beautifully decorated and designed for large group vacations. Our house has a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy dining nook that seats 8 comfortably with another 4 chairs at the island, a living room with large TV and gas fireplace, a fun and relaxing basement which includes a comfy sectional, large TV, and a card/game table. Relax with your coffee on the covered front porch, chill out with a book on the enclosed back patio, or grab a cocktail and sit fireside on our large outdoor patio. Our patio includes an outdoor dining table, a gas grill, a gas fire pit, and a hammock. Everything you would need to build lasting memories with friends and family!

This house was perfect for our fall ladies weekend getaway! Plenty of room for 8 of us with comfy beds and space to spread out. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. Living room was cozy with an easy to light fireplace. The big square table was perfect for gathering with games. Basement would be as well but we wanted to stay close to the food/drinks. We also enjoyed the spacious outside patio and cute porches! Host was accessible and responsive. Location is key! We could walk to shops, restaurants, and beach from this lovely home.Would highly recommend.

Such a lovely home in a great location. Just a couple short blocks from the downtown area. The house was very cute, clean and nicely appointed. Lots of outdoor seating areas and a couple of cute nooks inside if you’re looking for a little quiet time. Dan was very communicative and easy to work with. Would love to visit again sometime and would highly recommend!

This was our 5th time staying in the Merchant Street Cottages, 1st time in this particular property. All of the cottages are very nice, but this was our favorite! Lots of room for our family of 5 adults and 6 kids (aged 4-11). Loved the large patio and parking space for 3 cars. House was well stocked with paper products, soap, and shampoo. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. The pool was great, lots of towels provided. Perfect location to walk everywhere. Hope to stay again! Thanks for making our stay so fun!

Family Beach Vacation Perfection

We had the best stay in New Buffalo at this fabulous beach cottage! The house was immaculate, super well stocked with anything we could possibly want, and the layout of the house worked great for our extended family. We also loved how close this place was to everything - ice cream, the beach, the community pool, town, everything! We also loved the outdoor patio! I could keep going on - we hope to be back!

Love this spot

Our second time at this house, third time in the community. We love the community- the location and pool can’t be beat. This house specifically has been perfect for our family with the bedroom count and loft area. Also, the side patio is a huge perk.. definitely the most outside area of any of the nearby homes. Highly recommend.. we will be back!

Great stay, house and location!

We loved this cute house and neighborhood! Such a cute and cozy house- great location to walk places and added plus the pool! Only small issue was porch’s and outdoor spaces were full of spiderwebs and needed maybe some more cleaning! Other than that we absolutely loved our stay!

A Week at Casamigos Corner

We truly enjoyed our week at Casamigos Corner. It is a lovely home with plenty of room for our family. I especially appreciated all the storage available for the snacks and kitchen accessories we brought. Access to the community pool was a real plus. The close proximity to New Buffalo was also great! We've already reserved our spot for next year!

2nd Time Staying In Community

We love this area. This is our 2nd time staying in this community. The prior time we stayed in the house next door owned by the same person. The host is great and very accomodating and responsive. The properties are well kept, stocked with tons of pool and beach supplies. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very nice, and the kitchen is wonderful. We LOVED the patio this time and plan to rent the property again next year. Great stay! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot for family or friends.

Quick Summer Vacation

We had 16 of us. Grandparents, 6 parents and 8 children ranging from 10 to 2. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. House location was perfect. Walked to beach and restaurants. Great outdoor seating and eating area. All in all a perfect setup for our family!

Perfect getaway

Very clean. We really enjoyed the fire pit. It was really a perfect place for a group. It's nicely located to downtown. Although very close to train tracks, they didn't bother us at night at all. I'd definitely rent again.

Great location and awesome house!

Very impressed with the little touches of extra items and conveniences at the house! Awesome patio for family gatherings! Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown shops and great restaurants. Beach walk a bit longer and beach very crowded (stayed end of Aug). Plenty of parking available at house. Loved our stay and would stay again!

Perfect New Buffalo location!

This was our first trip to New Buffalo but it won’t be our last! This house was perfect for our family, including adult children and grandchildren. The house is perfect for several families, the pool, which we used daily, was a very short walk from the house and the beach was an easy 1/2 mile walk. We used the provided beach wagon to help transport everything to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, the gas grill was wonderful to have and the outside eating area was perfect for a late night adult dinner after the little ones went to bed exhausted after a day of swimming and fun. Because we did have 4 children there between the ages of 3 and 5, we really appreciated how quiet the little lane was that the house sits on, allowing them to ride their bikes and scooters relatively safely. And then each time the train went by they stopped to wave! Thanks Dan and Jewell for a great stay at your NB home!
