The two-story art-filled, impeccably designed home, affords amazing views from all rooms.

On the 1st level you’ll enjoy our fully equipped living room/home theater space with a mud room at the entry. There is a large selection of board games, a game table, sitting area, a unique 4K 75” frame TV with Dolby Atmos surround sound and full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a half bathroom.

The 2nd level boasts two large king bedrooms with luxurious linens and sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom also has a sitting area.. The large lower level living room/home theater room features an oversized plush sofa with 2 chaises that invite extra sleeping or napping space. A full size sofa bed in the living room and provides extra sleeping space if needed. There is a half bathroom downstairs. You’ll enjoy ample space for up to 6 guests. We recommend 4 adults and 2 children for optimum comfort.The upscale designer bathroom features luxurious towels, shower and handheld wand, hairdryer and other amenities for all your needs. You’ll enjoy our fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, to fulfill all your cooking and dining needs. The dining area features a beautiful handmade live-edge wooden dining table, that comfortably seats 8, with an oversized window that looks out at a lovely view of the Black Mountain skyline.

Outside you'll enjoy the grill deck, beautiful hot tub and a pavilion on the hill for outdoor dining with gorgeous mountain views!

Guests are provided a basic startup kit of complimentary drinks, pre-packaged sandwich items & enough food to complete your first meal.

General Activities:
Get some exercise on the trails in the general area surrounding the mountaintop, perfect for hiking & biking (at your own risk) or take a long walk down the paved 1-mile driveway as the perfect workout routine. Up & down drive is about 2 miles, it’s a vigorous workout!

The region features fishing, swimming, biking, climbing hiking, zip-lining, The Biltmore Estate, etc. Drew grew up in the area and is available to provide information on 3rd party private tours. Please inquire at booking for pricing or create a custom tour with area experts!

Pets:
You may bring up to 2 dogs, preferably under 50lbs, non-shedding varieties that are well trained, well groomed & have trimmed nails. There is a fenced pet area at the back of house if you’re worried your pet might wander in the woods. The house will receive a deep cleaning & be fully sanitized after each pet stay for those who might be worried that we allow pets. Please note that our pet fee is $150 for up to 2 dogs.
