Experience luxury beachfront living at Crystal Sands 309A, a beautiful two-bedroom unit that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. The spacious Master Bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and an attached full hall bath. The open living area boasts a sunny, spacious atmosphere with a wall of sliding glass balcony doors that showcase the breathtaking view of the sea. The high vaulted ceiling, open staircase, and loft area create a bright and airy setting with abundant natural light. The upstairs guest quarters include a lovely loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. Adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub shower combination is a separate bedroom with a Full and Twin size bed, perfect for kids. If that's not enough sleeping spaces, there is also a sleeper sofa on the main floor.

In addition to its luxurious accommodations, Crystal Sands offers a heated pool, BBQ grilling area, and direct beach access. From March 1 to October 31, guests can enjoy 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella. Conveniently located just 1 mile from Destin Commons, you'll have access to fantastic shopping and dining options, as well as Bass Pro Shop and the state-of-the-art AMC Destin Commons Theater. Crystal Beach is also in close proximity to exciting activities such as go-kart tracks, bowling alleys, The Big Kahuna water park, deep-sea fishing excursions, and kids' Pirate Cruises. Perfect beach getaway!

We booked this condo last minute for a family getaway with my mom and sisters. The location was fabulous, the beach view was amazing, loved the layout for our group, enjoyed the daily beach service, and the condo was perfectly furnished to make our group really comfortable. Plenty of silverware and nice cookware. We sat out on the balcony every morning and ate dinner out there in the evening. We didn’t wanna leave. We’ve been coming to Destin for the last 20 years and I think this might be our favorite condo yet! We will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks so much!

Mom and Daughter get away

Have stayed in Crystal Sand over a dozen times and it does not disappoint. Smaller complex and easy beach access makes it perfect. This unit was quite nice and very clean.

We loved our stay! The private beach was amazing, the chairs and umbrella that were provided were extremely convenient. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was spotless upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again! Our children LOVED the little bonus room!

What a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The door is right across from elevator so that was a plus. Wish there were stairs but that’s ok. We did have to unclog the drain in the main bathroom as we pulled a ton of hair out of the shower drain which was disgusting but we didn’t want to bother calling maintenance for a quick fix. The beach service was outstanding, and our suite supplied extra beach chairs, toys, etc.

A very nice condo on a great beach

Excellent customer service from the management company. They were accommodating and prompt. The condo was very clean and nice. AC works great and the unit is quiet. Crystal beach is beautiful- could be the best in Destin. Not a criticism but guidance for those who stay- bring your own spices, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters. Kitchen is well equipped but not stocked. Excellent stay overall.

Relaxing Stay in Destin

We loved our vacation in Destin at the Crystal Sands Condominium. As soon as we booked the reservation, we were provided with detailed instructions on how to get to the condo and what to do once we got there. We received welcome texts and knew exactly who to call if we had any issues. We really had no issues or problems, but it was nice to know who to call if we did. We didn’t have a full house because some of our party couldn’t make it, but we enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo with the smaller group of 5. The loft area is open, so sound carries from the bottom floor to the top. This should not be a problem if everyone wakes up and gets going at the same time in the morning or if you want everyone to wake up and get going at the same time! The condominium is a low rise (3 story) so the beach is less crowded than some of the more densely populated condominiums. The location is absolutely perfect. The condominium is right on the beach and comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella and no extra tents or chairs or umbrellas are allowed to be set up. This makes for a much less crowded beach and a more relaxing vacation. The condominium was decorated very nicely. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this condominium and would stay again in the future.
