You'll have the benefit of a stackable washer/dryer, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. There is brand-new furniture in the dining and living areas, and the beds have new mattresses and bedding. Both bathrooms feature contemporary fixtures.

We stayed here for Spring Break and it was amazing! The views are breathtaking, the condo was immaculate, property management was very responsive to all questions we had. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

This unit was perfect for our family! The beautiful decor and numerous amenities made it a wonderful stay. However, the balcony door didn't lock, which was a concern for us with a small child. Overall, we'd definitely rent this unit again.

Magical

It was the first time trip for my great niece and nephew and the location just made their experience more magical. The place was clean and accommodating for our family and the pool was accessible and kid friendly at all times which is always a plus. I would highly recommend it to anyone but ESPECIALLY families traveling with kids.

Perfect location

The condo was perfect for a short get away. Everything is only minutes away and love how you can walk right to the beach from the unit. I will be booking here in the future.

Great stay in Destin

Location was great, Clean property, plenty of towels, overall great stay!! Shower was a little confusing but we figured it out. I will definitely be coming back!! My family loved it!!

Great trip!

We love how close to the water is the house! The house was clean and in great shape. Plenty of seating for everyone. Great patio which would provide awesome shade during the hotter season.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The layout of the unit was perfect. Very clean unit and property. Great location and the view is amazing! We saw dolphins from the balcony. The chair service was nice. We would stay again.

Overall, excellent place

There wasn't much to complain about. We enjoyed our stay there. Plenty of room. Only complaint was the 745am knock at the door by a man who spoke no English, trying to ask me what time we would be out of the unit.

Destin Trip

Great rental, excellent location and oceanfront. Only issues were staff that put beach chairs and umbrellas out were rude and always collected chairs before 5pm. Also beds in unit we very hard.

Great location however needs a good cleaning

We loved the location, however the condo needs a really good deep clean. Needs new furniture or needs to be cleaned.

Pristine View and Stay, it Exceeded Our Expectations

Everything about the condo itself was great. Spectacular view, Peacefull, quietest condo I've ever been in, obviously well built, perfect layout and decorated nicely. The grounds could have been a little better maintained, unfortunately the elevator didn't work an entire day, but the walkway to the beach was superb. Couldn't have had a nicer beach and isn't that why we all go to Destin? Definitely, our new place to return!

Beautiful condo

The condo was very nice, just as pictured. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Kitchen utensils galore, laundry and dryer with laundry baskets, I was surprised! The 2nd floor loft area with the bed and bunk beds was very convenient. My only complaint will be the pillows, they were a bit hard, small and uncomfortable. Overall a really great beachfront place.

It’s on a great location, loved the ocean view that was priceless. Restroom door on the main floor was not locking. Didn’t like that there was carpet on the 2nd floor. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay in.

Beautiful beach front view

The condo was very cozy with a beautiful beach front view! We were able to cook a few meals there with was nice. I would recommend either supplying or bringing dishwasher detergent. We bought laundry soap & dryer sheets, as loved the ability to wash our clothes and beach towels so we didn't have to come home with dirty stuff! Recommend an additional dish towel and paper towels. We had a wonderful time!!

Not a maintenance man.

When we arrived the air conditioner wasn’t working, it didn’t get fixed until late in the afternoon the following day. The patio doors do not lock and the bedroom light flickered all the time. Called it in and they said it wasn’t an emergency. It only had one light bulb that worked and that was the one that was flickering. The living room light had bulbs burned out also. We loved the location, but didn’t like dealing with all the issues of the condo. We were on vacation and didn’t want to keep calling the property manager.

Overall fantastic unit- perfect for families!

Overall, this property was a great fit for our family of seven and we would stay again! We love that there are four twins upstairs for our kids. I would recommend moving the one twin upstairs away from the half wall. It is a huge safety hazard with kids of any age. The unit has a fantastic stock of dishes and small appliances, and I loved that the fridge had an ice maker. The washer and dryer were newer and easy to use, and there was even a blow dryer! Check in/out was super simple, and the pool was great. We swam multiple times a day and every morning the pool deck was clean and orderly. A few areas for improvement...These things might be a bit trivial, but just some constructive feedback. First, the unit had no broom in it and was actually covered in sand when we arrived. There was a pile of it at the bottom of the stairs. Thankfully we had family staying in the building and were able to borrow. Second, the stair railing inside the unit was disgusting. It was filthy and covered in dirty fingerprints. I took baby wipes to it and it cleaned right up, but the wipes were brown by the end. The sofa had been cleaned when we arrived and didn’t dry until nearly midnight (not complaining because it was clean!), but the loveseat was pretty dirty with stains. The cushions were positioned awkwardly to hide other stains and a broken zipper (I think). The furniture could stand to be replaced, but was comfortable. As a mom of 5, I would love to see an added deadbolt or chain lock on the front door. You can lock the door, but when you turn the handle from the inside it unlocks. Last, it would be really great to provide some sort of fan for the upstairs bedroom. We left the door open but it was musty smelling and miserably hot. I know this comes with the territory in an upstairs bedroom in FL, just thought a simple box fan might help.
