You will have access to the entire condo and it's amenities. The complex offers a HUGE luxurious resort style swimming pool and hot tub. Also on the property is a putting green, a gym/exercise room and shared laundry. Laundry can be operated with coins or a credit card.
Other things to note
My main priority is to make sure you have a fantastic stay here in Scottsdale. Here are a few things you should know:

- Please keep all communication on the Airbnb platform. If there is an emergency or you need to contact us immediately please call or text the phone # that has been provided to you.
- Your apartment has free WiFi.
- Coin/credit operated laundry facilities are available within the building.
- The apartment has heating in the winter months and air-conditioning in the summer months. It will be one or the other depending on the time of year.
- Toiletries are provided including shampoo, soap and body lotion. We also provide bath towels.
- There’s a laptop friendly work station, just in case you need to get some work accomplished during your stay.

- You will have 1 assigned parking spot. Additional spots are available on the street for free.
