Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected unless otherwise approved by the host prior to booking. - Please treat the home as if it were your own, report any damages immediately, and leave things as you found them. Booking guest is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file (if applicable) should damage occur during occupancy.
- If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it ASAP. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an unreported issue that we were not given the opportunity to address. Long weekend stay
Very comfortable property centrally located to Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. Safe, secure, quiet and clean. What more could you ask for. Management was VERY responsive to all requests, with messages answered within minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location but needs repairs
The condo was set in a great place in Scottsdale with easy access to go anywhere. First issue: the keypad did not work to enter the condo. The battery light was blinking so I think that the battery was dead, Thank goodness, texting the manager of the condo, even after 5 on a Friday, worked so that we could access a key in a lock box. We used the key the entire visit and that worked. Second issue: we never could get warm or hot water out of the showers. We had no issues with sinks so the hot water was working. The shower knobs were unfamiliar to us with an extra plastic apparatus so it could be our lack of understanding of the plastic apparatus. Third issue: the drain in the master bathroom sink was very clogged so we had to use the bathroom sink in the other bathroom. Fourth issue: the threshold into the bathroom off the hallway is not in contact with the floor. I almost fell in or out of the bathroom, tripping.Fifth issue: neither bathtubs had any mats and the floors in the tubs were very slippery. This could have been a disaster if either of us fell but we were very careful. Sixth issue, we did not enjoy the sofa, the only seats in the living room. It was too low to the ground. Esthetics, I know, but it was difficult to get up from the sofa. Thank goodness, there were 2 nice sized sofa pillows that helped us to be more comfortable.I wrote to owner/manager of our concerns at end of our week and had no response to our concerns. Great covered parking and nice amenities
