Willkommen in der Villa Kuras!

Villa Kuras liegt in schöner und ruhiger Umgebung auf einem grossen Grundstück, ca. 10 bis 20 Autominuten von den weltberühmten Stränden. Unser geräumiges, familienfreundliches Ferienhaus ist voll ausgestattet für 2 - 5 Personen. Auf einer Wohnfläche von ca.160 qm befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Ein Flachbild TV mit HDMI Anschluss und drahtloses Internet stehen zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist sehr Privat und der gesamte Aussenbereich ist von einem Poolcage eingerahmt, so dass dem gemütlichen Grillen und Sonnenbaden nichts im Wege steht . Der Garten ist gross zuegig fuer die Kinder zum spielen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn sie einen unvergesslichen, ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub in unserem Ferienhaus an der traumhaften Golfküste Floridas verbringen würden!

Though this house is a bit outdated, it was perfect for my family and I. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood in a central location. The house was well stocked with everything needed during our stay.

Great location and plenty of kitchen utensils

This house served our needs well. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and yet still close to Del Prada area where stores and restaurants are located. Caroline was great to work with.

A nice house in a good location

The house was very clean including the heated pool. We had no problems with the check in procedure. Rossman Reality was very good with responding to my questions before my trip. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major roads. I would recommend this property.

Great area - nice budget for the home

Thank you for letting us rent your cute home and that you have a affordable price. Caroline was very nice and helpful in explaining everything we could do on our 1 week vacation since we have never been to this area. The house is located in a nice area with easy access to shopping and restaurants and the house was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Great Location

If you are looking for a very centralized location, in a safe neighborhood, this is a great place. The house is older but in good shape. It was like stepping back in a time warp. But we thought it was cool. My only complaint is the garage and the front room smelled musty when left closed up for too long. Luckily, the two sets of sliding glass doors and the window in the kitchen allowed to open the house and get an amazing breeze. It immediately resolved. We had such a wonderful time staying there through the holidays.

Lucks 2020 covid Florida stay

The property was just as described on website. It was perfect place to have family together. We were very happy with this house, we did not want to leave. Looking forward to & planning next trip to Florida, hoping to stay in this same house again. Property manager was very helpful & available to us. Well maintained yard & property, in nice neighborhood. It had everything we needed supplied. Only thing that was really lacking was a good charcoal bbq grill. The one provided wasn’t very good, ran out of fire before food was cooked. Overall we were very happy with this home with screened in pool area, it was affordably priced & we enjoyed staying here a lot.

Not perfect stay, but not bad

No one wants to spend their vacation resolving issues. Stains on a comforter, slow drains, broken washing machine, inflating bike tires with special valves.Washing machine was replaced less than 24 hours from checkout. We took the bikes to a bike shop for tire inflation. In my opinion a lot of issue for not being compensated. Property manager says to use a different app for communicated, but when we called that number it still took over 12 hours and other calls/emails to hear back.The place was clean, dated, and a lot rules (like they tell you not to lower the a/c below 74).

Thank you for your review. I must say I always responded, came in a timely manor to check the drain, left and got Drano right away, had handyman there due to washing machine to confirm if it can be repaired or if replacement is needed. Since it needed replacement, I had to order one which I have no control over when it arrives, all though I picked a more expensive machine to get it there quicker, which you said you were ok with. The Air Con Temp is a recommendation set by our electric company it does not say you cannot drop below 74 - all though when a guest does, this will freeze the air conditioner at one point and you would not have air for about 24 hrs since it has to defrost. There is always a reason why we post things. Thank you for being our guests.

Great pool, quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The heated pool was a hit with the kids. Property is located in quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. No problems communicating with the host. The property is a bit dated and could benefit from an update. This was not a big factor for us but it could be important to some. Everything was clean, and all the basics were provided. We would stay again.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood

Wonderful spacious three bedroom home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. This property was centrally located to all the things we were looking to do. Close to the airport, Fort Meyers, Sanibel and Captiva Island, and Everglade City. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house for a great price!!

We stayed here over the New Year holiday with my wife’s family. We looked for several weeks for houses to rent not having much luck finding one in our price range. Then this gem popped up and we jumped on it. We are glad we made that decision it was what was described and more. Would definitely recommend this home to others staying in the area!!

Comfortable home. Better if car could be in garage

We very much enjoyed our 2 months at this nice and very conveniently located property. Great access to downtown Cape locations and shopping. I even rode the bicycle to grocery store and farmers market areas. There is a very good Mexican restaurant, Monarchas nearby and Annies on 46th just east of Coronado is a great place for breakfast Quiet neighborhood for walking and bicycles. We were very happy there this winter and property manager Caroline checked several times to make sure we were pleased. See you next winter !

We already miss Florida!
