Our home comfortably accommodates 10 with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The open concept living area combines a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, ample counter space, ice maker and bar, and plenty of seating with an 8 person dining table as well as cozy couches and swivel chairs around the Smart TV complete with cable and multiple streaming services. Additional Smart TVs are located inside the covered patio, game room and in each of the two King bedrooms.
The master bedroom retreat features sliding doors with views out to the backyard oasis and quick access to and from the pool. The spa-like ensuite bath had double sinks, large tile shower, separate water closet and walk-in closet. The three spacious secondary bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home and each have their own closet and dresser, and share an updated guest bath with a walk-in shower.
Our space is designed to give you the most relaxing vacation possible as you explore and enjoy all that Florida has to offer! This home is located just 30 minutes from downtown Tampa (Busch Gardens, ZooTampa, The Florida Aquarium, Raymond James Stadium & more), and under an hour from the gorgeous beaches of St. Pete, Fort De Soto, and Anna Maria Island. If Disney is on your list, no problem, Orlando is just under 75 minutes away!
If you want to stay a little closer to home, bike or drive down to the Apollo Beach Preserves area (just 2.5 miles away) where there is a dog friendly beach on the bay and an observation tower for a great sunset view.
