Little River House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will be greeted with beauty and fantastic views nestled among giant Ponderosa Pines, a wide variety of wildlife and birds galore. Bald eagles have been spotted on occasion!
As a guest you will have access to a very private spot on the river where you can try your luck panning for gold or fishing. You can also just relax while reading a good book, skipping rocks or just dip your toes in the water.
The space
You will enter through a coded gate and pass by the main house. Keep going, down below is where The Little River House is located. It is newly remodeled with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed rooms are cozy each room has a queen sized bed. There are tables and chairs along with a small gas fire pit on a very spacious deck.
NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE!!!
By not charging an additional cleaning fee, I have found guests appreciate it and pick up after them selves very well. So far so good:))
Guest access
Parking for one or two vehicles is provided under the carport.
Other things to note
You may be greeted by my beautiful Catahoula dog named Gracie. She will bark and sound the alarm to your arrival. Drive slowly past her and she shouldn’t bother or follow you to the little house. She loves people and my grand kiddos. She only tries to act tough with her big bark:))
