The large property has an outdoor pool, indoor pool has officially reopened!, a beach, fishing dock, a boat launch and wonderfully maintained landscaping.
Inside the unit you'll find all the comforts of home with stack washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and oven. Prepare your fresh catch on the granite countertops with the included cookware or order in and enjoy your meal on the dining table. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet, and large television and in the guest bathroom you'll find a single vanity with a tub/shower combo. The open dining room has floor to ceiling glass doors to ensure you are able to enjoy all the views and the full sized sofa bed will allow you additional headroom. The stowaway chairs for the coffee table are a big hit with parents of small children and also provides a great space for family board games. Out the sliding door is a spacious balcony with gorgeous views and a front row seat to the outdoor pool. Enjoy the comforts of 2 lounge chairs or the full sized table. On the other end of the porch you'll find an entrance to the master bedroom which has a king bed, television, and closet. The master bathroom shower is tiled and has a beautiful single vanity for getting ready. All of this and you can bring your pup too! If while on your stay you would like to venture over to check out the Gulf of Mexico and the areas beautiful white beaches...there is a Public Beach access approximately 2 blocks South, crossing over West Beach Blvd.

Pets are allowed with an additional $150 pet fee. 2 pet max and no cats. Complex does require a pet policy to be signed and returned to us before your arrival. Please review the policy in the listing photos before booking.

Please note that this property does not currently have an operating indoor pool (the pool has been closed since Hurricane Sally 2020) and is not marketing as having one.

Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions
2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $30 for each vehicle up to 2. One pass is included in the reservation total. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Kitchen includes- A starter set of trash bags(2), dish soap, dish detergent(1 use), laundry detergent(1 use), paper towels(1 roll)

Bathrooms include- Toilet paper(1 roll each), travel size: Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, face soap, bath soap, trash bag(1 each)

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
