Bel Sole is located on west beach, surrounded by small beach homes and removed from high rises and tourist congestion, you really feel more like your walking into a spa than a condo. With only three units per floor, the lower density complex gives a lower stress and less crowded vibe. The stunning amenities add even more to enhance the spa feel. With heated Indoor and outdoor pools, and equipped work out facilities at your finger tips.
Unit 301 Bel Sole is a beautiful corner unit with two balconies overlooking little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. With updated decor, this unit is sure to please. The condo has recently been renovated with all new furniture and freshly painted throughout.
The master offers a king bed and beautiful views of the Gulf and large master bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and views of the gulf and private bath. The third room offers a set of twin bunk beds (sleeping 4). This unit has three spacious bathrooms and large laundry room. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. All of the bedrooms have a tv. The living room has a pull out sofa. This unit gives you the best of both worlds!
The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment!
When you are ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun! This is located just across the street from the property.
Have a large group and need multiple units? The complex has three units per floor. We also have the other two units on this floor in the rental program. Please ask for more info.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.
Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card. Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
