Dies ist eine neue Wohnung, Baujahr 2005, mit nur 96 Wohnungen. Das Anwesen befindet sich nur 2 Meilen von der I-4, 10 Meilen südlich von der I-192 West. Wir lieben die warmen frischen tropischen Luft, den Spaß und die Spannung der lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten und den privaten beheizten Pool / Spa so sehr, dass wir uns entschieden, unseren eigenen Urlaub zu Hause zu erwerben. Das Anwesen liegt auf festgelegt und von Erhaltung Land umgeben und ist sehr privat. Alle Häuser in der Siedlung sind im mediterranen Stil mit einem spanischen Ziegeldach, Block gepflasterte Auffahrt und Bürgersteige. Unsere Villa liegt in der Nähe der Nachbarschaft Naturpfad. Unsere gut ausgestattete Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie alles, was Sie während Ihres Urlaubs benötigen. Machen Sie sich bereit zum Entspannen und genießen!

Facilities: Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse, Richtung Westen beheizten Pool und UPGRADED SPA, liegt in einer ruhigen, friedlichen Umgebung gesetzt. Es gibt viel Platz an Deck zum Sonnen und Familientreffen! Zur Ergänzung der größer als üblich Deck, gibt es jede Menge Gartenmöbeln, von einem formalen Mahlzeiten im Freien Tische und Stühle, um wunderbar entspannend Liegen!

Im Inneren ist die Heimat von extrem hohen Standard eingerichtet, mit der kleinsten Details gesorgt! Dies ist die Art von Luxus-Haus finden Sie alle Ihre Freunde zu erzählen. Alles, was vorgesehen ist, von einem hohen Standard - Sie werden nicht enttäuscht sein!

Spent 3 months in this beautiful, well-stocked home. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in after long days at the parks. The house was clean and more than met all my needs. Very quiet neighborhood and while the home was advertised as no rear neighbors, which is correct, there is a busy street behind the house. The road noise was a non-issue for me but could be for some. I would stay here again next year if I could have and would highly recommend the home to friends and family looking for a place to stay.

Everything is absolutely perfect except for road noise(road behind the house). The house is beautiful, well maintained and everything you need is there. Pool and spa are perfect. Basically, a home away from home. April is a great host. Very responsive. Unfortunately, we cannot change the location. Traffic is constant behind the house all day long, even at night. But, for a family with children, it would be perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at April's villa, the villa itself was clean, well equipped and in a very central location. Its situated in a lovely, quiet area but easy to access the Disney parks, beach as well as surrounding attractions. The owners were easy to contact and lovely. We stayed and did discovery cove, sea world and aquatica. It was a 15 mile commute. The house is on a busy road but you cant see traffic. Over all very happy with the stay.

Awesome vacation stay!

It was an amazing family trip to Disney! The property was fantastic and everything we needed! Nice pool, clean place, and excellent communication with the owner. I rated overall 4 stars because there was no toilet paper provided except for one roll in each bathroom. I would still highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Florida properities normally do not provide personal products such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies or other items. We provide most and we do leave complimentary roll of toilet tissue and paper towel and we supply most cleaning products as a courtesy. Perfect

We were two adults and two teens. Everything was extra clean, lot of space, bedrooms with their own bathrooms, beautifull neighborhood (very calm and clean) near Disney (20 minutes, easy road) and grocery store (Publix) just 2 minutes away. The pool was bigger than we expected! I highly recommend this place, it was perfect for us!!

Wonderful Vacation

What a wonderful vacation location. We had eight adults in total and the property was large enough to accomodate all of us. My wife and I have back problems but the bed was comfortable enought that it wasn't an issue at all. The property was extremely clean as promised and there was more than enought amenities to make our trip very comfortable. April and Alan (the property manager) could not have been any better. We were about 15 minutes from the Disney Theme Parks but the quiet of the street was enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation.

A super vacation!

We had a super vacation in this beautifull house. The houde is in quiet neighborhood. We liked the privacy of the pool area. The pool and spa were lovely especially after a day in one of the theme parks. Disneyworld is at a short driving distance. Everything you need you can find in this house. April always gave a quick response at my e-mails and we received our deposit almost directly when we arrived home. In the future I hope to visit this beautifull home again.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful vacation with April, she was very quick to respond to our requests. Everything was perfect. The cameras didn't bother us. There are a lot of rules but it was no problem. We didn't have a problem with the ban on parking on the sidewalk either, but we saw a lot of neighbors parking on the sidewalk, so I think they were tourists? If you have a car, it's perfect for visiting the surrounding area.

Wonderful time

We had a great time. The house is exactly as pictured. April was friendly, informative and quick to respond. My only thing I would say about the property that I did not like was security camera inside the home. Even though there is a button to turn the camera off, it still felt like an invasion of privacy.

Thank you Lisa for choosing our home for your stay. As indicated in the Booking Conditions document signed by all guests, the camera can be unplugged and turned off by the guests upon arrival. We ask all guests to read the Booking Conditions prior to signing them and renting our home. It is an important piece of equipment to monitor the home, when guests are not present, as our home flooded many years ago and we were unaware until a guest showed up for their stay only to have it ruined. Great location, nice building. Walking to the beach is great. Not much of a view from the unit, but that’s ok. Parking for two cars is very nice as street parking can be hard to find. Beds and furnishings were nice. The floors were VERY dirty, probably vacuumed but not actually cleaned resulting in dirty socks. The kitchen facet was falling off and needed to be tightened (not possible the cleaner missed that before check in). The foosball table in the pictures is no longer in the unit which was disappointing.

Great Location and Terrific Property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! This was my first experience with VRBO so I was a little nervous, but April had GREAT communication and the house was clean and well-kept (I'm a little OCD so this always makes me nervous when we travel). The location is fabulous and it was so nice to have a place for everybody to spread out after our daily activities. During our trip we visited Universal Studios, NASA and Crystal River (Manatee swim) and the location made getting to everything easy. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend sleeping in the bedroom at the front of the house that is further from the road. The road noise did wake me a couple of times the first night, but after we were tired from running all day I didn't notice it the rest of the trip and I am a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends!

The O'Connells in Florida AGAIN

We have stayed in many Villas in and around the Lake Wilson Preserve area over the last 20 years and this Villa is, without a doubt, the best we have stayed in. The Villa as really well equipped - probably better than my own home in the United Kingdom - it even had beach towels which is a first as far as we are concerned. The kitchen had every conceivable item you could think of. The Pool was great to have to ourselves particularly after a hard day enjoying ourselves at the various Parks. April was very patient with us as we managed the Villa's alarm system - it would have helped if we had read the instructions properly before we started pushing buttons! I would thoroughly recommend this Villa to everyone and if I had not already booked to stay here next year I would be rushing to do so straight away. Lovely house, great location..........but

My sister and I stayed at the house for two weeks in May and could not find anything to criticise about the house. April was always available online to answer any queries. We have stayed in lots of Florida homes in the past, some much bigger, but we have never found one so well equipped. Everything we needed was there! We were only ten mins from Disney and twenty from Universal.......ideal! However, we were disappointed when we arrived to find the road which was just behind the hedge by the pool. We spent many hours by the pool and found the traffic noise , at times , very intrusive. We couldn't believe no-one else had commented on this in previous reviews. Maybe we were ultra sensitive but I don't believe we were!! That being said, if you don't mind traffic noise I would certainly recommend this property to you. Everything is there to have a fabulous holiday!

Thank you Carol for choosing our home. It is unfortunate that your stay was disrupted by the unusually large volume of traffic on the street. I have recently been advised that this was due to an undercover sting operation by the sheriff taking place in the communities further down the street. This, unfortunately, made much more traffic on the street then usual. On a positive note the sting operation was successful. The sheriff succeeded in taking 128 unruly and offending individuals off the streets of Orlando. We applaud, appreciate and support them in their work. Thank you again for choosing our home.

Tolle Unterkunft

Der Kontakt zu April war sehr gut. Sie hat sehr nett und sehr schnell auf alle meine Fragen geantwortet. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zu den Freizeitparks ist trotz häufigem Stau auf der Autobahn noch okay. Wir haben in der Regel eine Dreiviertelstunde zu den Universal Studios benötigt, Disney ist sogar noch näher. Insbesondere der Pool hat uns alle begeistert!!! Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 🌞.

Excellent Vacation Home

It was exactly as advertised and more! The house was very clean and comfortable. All information provided was clear and easy to understand that made the whole experience more enjoyable. The kitchen was well furnished which made food preparation and eating a great experience. Location made it very easy to visit Disney/Universal.

Great House in Great Location - Fantastic Communication From Owner!

After exhausting days in the parks, it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable home with all the amenities we needed. We are not "pro" travelers and April was kind and communicative which set us at ease. Thank you!

No rear neighbours and our pool is offset to the side neighbours. This means that no one is looking directly onto the pool area from the back or the sides. We are on a cul-de-sac so our land parcel and the neighbours land parcels are larger than most.
