This fully renovated beach home is the most perfect place to relax and unwind!
Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest and Seaside/WaterColor (2 miles to the west on 30A), this charming coastal vacation home features sleeping accommodations for up to 11 guests, with plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home! Located on the south side of 30A!
The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and is loaded with amenities making for the perfect beach getaway!

There is one king bedroom on the first floor along with a room with one full size and one twin size bed. These two main floor bedrooms share a full size bathroom with shower/bathtub combination.
Advancing to the second floor you will be greeted by the large main living room which opens onto the eat-in kitchen island with 3 bar stools, a dining area that seats 7, and a laundry room. The upstairs hosts the two king master suite bedrooms, each which has its own private full en suite bathrooms with walk in glass showers. The living space has double doors that open onto the expansive front porch, complete with additional living and dining areas, an outdoor smart TV, and gas grill for your BBQ!

Pack n' play is there for guests' use. An air mattress can be provided upon request.
*We also manage two other homes next to this one, if you have a large group but still want to stay close! They are Eastern Hideaway (277 Eastern Lake- 5 bedrooms) and The Jackpot (49 Brown St- 7 bedrooms). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

There is parking for at least 4 cars in the driveway!
Other things to note
-Pet Friendly upon approval. A 40-pound weight limit applies, though exceptions may be considered. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed/size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
