Dies ist das perfekte Zuhause am Strand für Ihren nächsten Urlaub. Dieses 4 Schlafzimmer 4. 5 Bad Stadthaus liegt direkt am Strand mit 3 Ebenen, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Dieses Haus hat einen großen offenen Grundriss mit Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock. Das Hauptdeck und der Zugang zum Strand befinden sich im 1. Stock sowie der Gemeinschaftspool am Golf (nur von 4 anderen Häusern geteilt).

Dieses Haus verfügt auch über 2 Master-Suiten, die jeweils über einen eigenen Balkon und ein großes Badezimmer verfügen. Die restlichen zwei Zimmer sind mit 2 Queensize-Betten und einem Doppel-Etagenbett ausgestattet und jedes hat ein eigenes Bad.

Dies ist der Ort, um mit der Familie zu kommen und haben genug Platz, um wirklich alles.

Benötigen Sie mehr als 4 große Räume? Wir haben auch das Haus nebenan mit einem ähnlichen Aufbau!

Wir vermieten nicht an Spring Break Gruppen. Sie müssen mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein, um buchen zu können. Für zwei Personen unter 25 Jahren benötigen wir einen Erwachsenen. Wir sind vor Ort und zu vertreiben (ohne Rückerstattung) keiner Gruppe, die nicht unseren Richtlinien entsprechen.

Amazing!

This property is beautiful. It's on the quieter end of the beach which was really nice. There were 14 of us and it fit us all perfectly! Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Spacious Condo

We loved our stay at Blessed! It’s extremely spacious and such a beautiful condo. Everything was easily accessible. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels we were provided. Having the beach right out our back door, was amazing!

The location is ideal, beautiful views and wonderful beach access. The property is beginning to show its age and definitely needs a good detailed cleaning. Parking is very tight.

Blessed certainly describes how we felt all week!!

Beautiful townhome right on the beach! Better than expected. Plenty of room for 7 children and 4 adults. The living room, dining room and kitchen with bar and bar stools more than accommodated our group! We loved how private the beach was for our spring break trip. Couldn't have been more perfect!

Great for 2 days until Michael ran us off!

This is our favorite property. We have a large family and there is plenty of room for all of us. The maintenance people are very responsive the few times we have had to call them. We were thrilled to see “our place” survived Michael!

Wonderful

Updated decor, amazing beach, ample cookware, only suggestions is a decent set of flatware and new couch. Couch is broke down and worn out. Beds were comfortable air conditioning worked great! Will be back next year!!!

The property is in a great location. Having a pool with only a few units to share is great. The property needs to be updated. The wood floor is heavily scratched. The carpet going upstairs desperately needs replaced. There are gouges on the wall that need repaired.

Nice and big, but needed some work

We found the condo perfect size for our two family party. It was clean and had plenty of room. The main deck has NO privacy and all the wood is in desperate need of repair. From ocean side, the whole building looks wore out and tired. Time to spruce it up.

Great beach location

The property was located right on the beach that was quiet. Not very many people were staying in that area of the beach. We enjoyed the convenience of its location to many attractions and being able to walk down right to the sand. The property is older and in need of maintenance, such as air vent filters needing to be changed, closet door not hung properly, oven not working, mold on a bathroom ceiling, curtains not hanging on the rod, balcony door screens sticking, and obvious water leak marks in bedroom which is to be expected since it appears to be an older unit. However, we found the property not to be very clean upon our arrival. There were dirty dishes, dirty sheets, and hair in the shower. We overlooked things that needed repairing but it’s hard to overlook cleanliness.

Perfect Location and Super Clean

Absolutely the best vacation our family has ever had. We loved the view from the family room! We were able to sit on the deck and keep an eye on our kids as they played in the sand and the water. This home has the perfect "beachy" feel from the decor to the denim couch (which is so comfy😃). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach rental for a mid to large size group. We had 10 in our group and found it more than enough space. The towel animals were a nice touch and the comforters and linens were clean and fresh. With such a large group, the washer and dryer was a blessing! There were only 2 parking spots but we were able to park the extra cars on the public street directly across the road. There is a convenience store within a block that allowed us to quickly pick up last minute necessities and grocery/liquor store a half mile to the west. Thank you Blessed for sharing your home with the Truelove Family reunion. We look forward to returning to your beautiful home again next year.

Great for Multiple Families

We had four families at this condo/house. There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy in their own bedroom and bathroom. We had a few issues with appliances. The washer and dryer did not work. The ice maker was broken. The property manager/group was very responsive and came to fix the issues the same day. This property is in need of a lot of maintenance. The carpet is old and dirty. The closet doors are falling off the tracks. One of the master bathrooms has clear water damage with swelled floors and damage to the downstairs ceiling. The appliances are older. The deck boards and outdoor furniture are old and in need of repair. We would stay here again because it was right on the beach and it provided the space we needed for all the families.

Wonderful decor, perfect family location

With a family of 6, we were looking for an on-the-beach getaway that wasn't too crowded and met our budget constraints. We truly were blessed by Blessed! Just under 3 miles from the popular Pier Park, it's a great mix of quiet and proximity. The decor is lovely. Just our beachy-yet-minimalistic style. Really felt like home. The location is brilliant. We stayed February 12-17, low season, and had all but one night without any neighbors. Everything met our expectations. Checkout was the easiest experience! The app they use is great and the messages timely. Even app based methods for reporting problems and facilitating check out. Plenty of bath towels, but beach towels are not provided. That's ok, and clearly noted in the details. The place could use a few more dish towels, however. It would be great if they had proper beach chairs, but the deck chairs can be muscled down easily since you're so close! We left some sand toys for other families' enjoyment. The sand is sandcastle perfect and you'll find numerous seashell deposit areas close to the house. Hope you enjoy!

Asked to leave for NO REASON!!!

Property management knocked on our door on day three of our stay...told us they had recived a noise complaint...we were very polite and respectful to the property management personnel...we were then notified that we had 30 MIN!!! To vacate the property...this gave us no time to clean the house up at all...our deposit was taken with NO DAMAGES DONE TO THE PROPERTY!!! The deposit was withheld due to a cleaning fee that was already included in the initial booking of the property...we were forced to stay in a hotel for the remainder of our trip costing us extra money and causing a huge inconvinence...I will never rent from Oceanreef again and this matter will be taken to court to recover the amount for our remaining days that we were not allowed to stay at the property and our security deposit due to nothing being damaged...
