- This is a very special home filled with very special things; please take extra care while staying here.
- Lake Allegan is great for fishing, but the DNR does not recommend eating the fish. Lake Allegan turns into the Kalamazoo River at each end. The current can sometimes be strong. Please be careful if you choose to swim.
- This home is on a private septic system. To ensure proper function, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush items such as wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other materials, as they can cause damage or backups.
- This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking.
- This home is located on a very busy road.
