Welcome to “Sea Garden” a delightful, tranquil, beachfront home on Manasota Key. Enjoyment will be plentiful in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath open concept home. This stilt home is multilevel for privacy if needed or all gather around the kitchen or game table for some fun. Two primary en suite bedrooms with updated bathrooms. 3rd and 4th bedrooms are located on the lower level with shared updated bathroom. Climb up to the crow’s nest with a good book and enjoy the view! There is also a twin bed in the crows nest. If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help!

The beach will be your lifestyle interwoven with a sandy yard filled with indigenous plants and amazing winding oaks. The dunes have been kept natural with a well-traveled path to your private beach. Manasota Key Beach area for locals is best known as the little-known beaches being the least crowded. You can have the best of both worlds with the public beaches of Englewood, Blind Pass or Stump Pass Beaches if you want to check out the other local spots. If you want to try out other leisure time adventures there are many to choose from. Choose from Sea Turtle Viewing, Fishing, Stump Pass Beach State Park, Parasailing, Shell and shark teething hunting or dining. The `Old Florida` style structure was originally as a resort, and now houses the popular cold drinks and delicious food spot on Chadwick`s Cove. There must be a minimum of (2) adults over
the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.

In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.
