This home offers private under-house parking, covered entrance, several covered outdoor living spaces, including an under-house entertainment area with picnic table and comfortable seating. The anglers in your crew will appreciate the fish cleaning sink and barbeque grill, perfect for that "Fresh from Florida" catch of the day. The large dining table and additional counter stools at the kitchen island means there's plenty of space for your crew at mealtime and outside dining tables offer venues for al fresco dining.

The open kitchen, featuring granite counters and stainless appliances, is stocked with everything needed to prepare beachside feasts!

Sleeping accommodations feature 2 king bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 queen beds sleeping up to 8 guests. Two and a half bathrooms offer guest convenience and a washer and dryer are great for longer stays. Each bedroom offers a flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVR for you to sit back, relax and take in your favorite movie.
