This was a great house. Great view and a short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed the pool. I would recommend this place if you want a nice relaxing place

Great location and space

We enjoyed our stay at this house; kid and pet friendly; pool is good size for kids and enclosed for privacy; main room and kids room share full bathroom; on the other side of the house, two rooms share full bathroom as well. Space to park four cars. All equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Deck with beach view and outdoor shower to rinse sand away. Wifi worked really well for streaming and connecting around 10 devices. Private access to the beach.

Great location

The home was spacious and clean. A bit dated in terms of the bathrooms and the electrical but that can be overlooked given the gorgeous views and the spacious layout of the home. We would stay here again.

Spring break

We had a great week staying here for spring break. We booked last minute and were extremely satisfied with communication, location, and the house itself was perfect for our family and needs. Would definitely book again!

Great house for a family vacation

We booked this house for a week long family vacation. I hadn’t stayed at a pet friendly house so I was unsure with my husband’s allergies. But, it was very clean and we had no issues. Plenty of space and nice open floor plan. The walk to the beach is easy and it was nice to have a pool. The porches were great. We enjoyed our coffee on the beach side porch every day. The house isn’t too fancy so it’s great for kids and teens.

Beautiful location and views

This house has a great layout and is spacious and open. Every bedroom has a view of the water. The location, on the east end of the island, was perfect. Quiet, away from the public beaches. Although not RIGHT on the water, you feel like you are because you’re so close and can see it very well. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, enjoying the sound and sights of the waves. The walk to the beach was super easy and short. While it was nice to have a pool, it would have been nice to have a fence that was not privacy. Mainly so airflow could get through. It was quite hot in the pool area. The reason for 4 stars is due to the home needing some upgrades- mainly electrical and atheistic (cabinets, lighting, outdoor seating, etc). Lights flickered when turning on oven, etc. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay as long as you don’t mind the minor things mentioned above.

Renewing Our Vows

Our family stayed at Time Out with friends and their family. We renewed our wedding vows after 25 years of marriage. It was th red perfect house for 2 families! Very clean and had everything we need with plenty of space!

We loved the first deck/porch in the morning’s watching the dolphins and waves roll in drinking our coffee. The house and pool was great however the pool was quite chilly (would prefer a heated pool) but it was nice to sit by the pool in the afternoon sun as the weather cooed off a little. Overall we love the island and the house.

We had a great experience at this beautiful home

The home is so spacious and comfortable, and has that Florida charm with a beach house vibe and décor. We enjoyed our stay there so much and the private pool was the source of so much outdoor fun and relaxation for us. When we decided to go to the beach, we drove over to the closest public beach access because we didn't realize there was a community walkway between two nearby houses for us to use to get down to the beach. Once we figured that out, we started going for walks on the beach more frequently, and it just took a few minutes to walk there. The mosquitos were brutal though, so we found out that we'd be a quick target if we didn't take the time to spray ourselves thoroughly before walking down there in the evening or early morning hours. The front porch is great too, and is shaded all day. It is very comfortable, and gives such a nice view of the beach. Although the view is partially obstructed by a row of houses, we didn't mind that much because there is still plenty of ocean view area to the left of the houses and between them. Having the private pool was so nice because spending long hours on the beach and swimming in the ocean is really not that appealing for us, though we did spend a day using a nice beach shade rental. The pool water was never as cool as I'd have liked because the hot summer sun pretty much hits the pool all day and warms the water. It was still fun and refreshing though. For people who prefer a warmer pool to swim in, this one is perfect. I like the pool water to be a little on the cooler side, but that's just the time of year. Florida is hot, so I'm not sure if/how the pool water could be made cooler. We would highly recommend this home to other vacationers looking for that special place. St. George Island is a great vacation spot for relaxing. There weren't many people there during our stay in mid-August and that was fine with us. We didn't have to wait long at restaurants and attractions. But it was hot and I think we'd have enjoyed ourselves less without such a nice pool to lounge in and the house. We are looking forward to returning to this home in the future.

2nd trip to Time Out

This was our 2nd trip to Time Out for our annual week trip to SGI. We enjoyed our stay last year so much we knew we would love to come back again. Despite having to evacuate for Hurricane Debbie, Vacasa was able to get us back into the house quickly and easily. The house is very close to the beach and we love having a pool. I highly recommend this house and we hope to visit again!

Family Friendly, Close to the Beach

Great location as it is just steps from the beach without being truly beachfront. Amazing ocean views from the wrap around porch. Outdoor shower and pool were perfect! We had a wonderful time staying at Time Out with plenty of room for the 7 of us. Would definitely rent again.

Time Out rental

This property has a great view of the gulf from the upstairs deck. The beach access is not as convenient as I had hoped, but it's a short walk. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed. The bathrooms and decor were dated, but there is plenty of space and seating. Could have used some more shade at the pool. Truthfully, I wish we could have stayed longer than a week. It was very comfortable and relaxing.
