Diese 1.100 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet Platz für 6 Personen und verfügt über Gewölbedecken und einen privaten Balkon mit Bergblick. Die aktualisierte Küche und die Badezimmer verleihen einen Hauch von Luxus. Es ist ideal in River Run Village gelegen, sodass Sie nur wenige Schritte von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und lokalen Festen entfernt sind. Außerdem sind Sie nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Hochgeschwindigkeitsgondel entfernt.

Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich Haken und Sitzbänke, auf denen Sie bequem den ganzen Tag über kommen und gehen können. Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dishwasher was broken when we got there, went to open the blinds to step onto the balcony and the blinds fell off the wall. Text the company and they offered to have someone come and look at it during our stay. After we left my friend told me the room he was staying in had bedbugs. He was getting bit and even took a picture of one. If he had told me that the first night we would have stayed somewhere else. I contacted management about it and havenr heard back.

Great stay besides broken elevator

The location and condo were great. Our only issue is that when we booked the place there was no mention that elevator from the garage has been broken since Oct. It was exhausting to haul all of our luggage up the stairs after a day of skiing.

Family Ski Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a few issues though. We were informed that one elevator would be broken but we were NOT informed about loud maintenance during our stay. This started at 8am one day. We had a hair dryer fry but it was quick replaced. Blinds fell from their holder when we tried to open them but we were able to re-install. The fire alarm went off twice (one evening and one morning) forcing evacuations of the whole building. Turns out anytime someone burns food and sets off the smoke detector, the whole building alarm goes off. :( The location was good and easy walk to the slopes. The view from the condo is the parking lot. We knew that but one thing I didn't consider is the sound of the plows early in the morning. Overall, we had a fine stay but there were some minor frustrations.

The “Mountain Views” were maybe technically correct but you really look out over the huge Keystone parking lots with mountains in distance. There is a really nice balcony but in a unit for 6 people had only 2 chairs and none if the inside chairs suitable to take outside. Unit itself is very nice but these 2 points above colored my review

Wonderful Family Ski Trip

Close to kids and adult ski schools (walking distance from accommodations), equipment rentals literally below us on the ground floor and the gondola was ride in/out just as advertised. Bedrooms and accommodations were perfect: spacious and fit our party of 5 comfortably. Kids and I enjoyed the lobby where they had a pool table and lounge area and made use of the hot tub. 5/5 will definitely stay here again!

Things to know include that this building is one of the furthest away from the gondola. Still very walkable. The negatives about this unit is that we were required to purchase batteries at the General store for the remote. which were very expensive. Also, the storage area under the stove is full of crumbs and old meals. Should be cleaned out immediately. The bedspread on the master bed is frazzled on the ends. Needs replacement. Otherwise, this is a heavily utilized ski condominium. You do know some of these things going into it.

Other than that, it's a short walk to everything which is nice with kids. The heated garage is also nice for keeping snow off the car. Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a spacious condo on the top floor. All the furnishings were nice. A quick 5 min walk to the gondola. The leather pull-out couch was very easy to set up and comfortable. Our only complaint is that this unit is located near the elevator, so you can hear the elevator pully's all night from the master bedroom. Even with a sound machine you could hear machine-like noises. We got this unit for a good rate, so ultimately we were still happy with the decision to rent. Check-In was easy and the property management company was very communicative.

Spring Break Skiing

Quick Trip, easy to check-in, close to the slopes. Ski locker is a little small for 5 skiers.

Okay unit. But loud and outdated.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit with sizable a fairly comfortable but very outdated. Master bedroom was right next to the elevator and hallway very loud lots of pedestrian traffic and elevator noise. Mornings were early up because of deliveries and snow maintenance noise. It was very poor ventilation no ceiling fans and poor light.
