This luxury three-bedroom villa is fully renovated and equipped with everything you will be in need for a pleasant and comfortable stay, featuring two yacht mooring 35.00m length.
Also, at our property you`ll find fish basin with sea bream and sea bass, which will enhance experiencing lovely nature of Montenegro. Our guests have pleasure to enjoy our private beach with sun loungers, private terrace with incredible view over Kotor Bay, mountains and Adriatic sea. Boat rental is available at our property for licensed individuals.
Living room opens to the terrace and sea and provides great pleasure to our guests. Kitchen is fully equipped and continues to the lovely dining area. On first floor you can find two bedrooms with queen size beds, offering the sea view. Spacious third bedroom is located on the second floor equipped with queen size bed and sofa bed. The villa comes with two bathrooms, one on each floor.

The villa is located in Muo, old fisherman settlment,1.00 km away from Kotor. It is famous for its beautiful stone houses and coastal architecture. Muo has a beautiful view of Kotor and the walls of the Old Town. In the neighborhood you will find the best fish restaurants. On hot days you can enjoy the many nearby beaches, and at night in the fresh air, peace and beautiful sunsets.
Muo is located only 10 km away from airport Tivat and 90km away form airport Podgorica.
Kotor is well connected with the rest of the country by frequent bus lines, also there are many local bus lines passing by every 15-30 minutes.
