The space
SMART HOUSE:

-Every room is equipped with ultra-quiet electronic shades that go up and down with the click of a button!

-Downstairs lights feature wifi bulbs with various color settings in order to set the mood for whatever vibe you're seeking. White light for an energizing burst in the morning. Blue for a cool, relaxing atmosphere at night. Or perhaps red for something more romantic.

THE MAIN FLOOR:

-Kitchen-living room area features a massive island with barstools for eating, working, and hanging out. Chef-grade stainless steel appliances — spacious fridge, star-shaped burner gas range / oven, super quiet dishwasher, automatic sliding drawer microwave, and wine fridge. Pots, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils all provided as well as a Keurig Coffee Machine with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate pods.

-The master bedroom is conveniently located on first floor, with a king size bed, flatscreen TV, big walk-in closet, and a massive master bathroom with XL tub.

-BBQ / dining patio with convenient sliding door access from kitchen/living room. Grill burgers, hotdogs, etc, and enjoy your meal on the full-sized outdoor dining table.

-Laundry room has large capacity LG washer and dryer units.

THE SECOND FLOOR:

-Two large windows facing the front yard tree offer wonderful natural lighting to the dedicated office nook. The office has a desk (with printer) and a queen bed.

-A gym room with dumbbells, bench, and rowing machine.

-Two guest rooms, one has two bunk beds and a baby crib! The other one has two queen size beds (including one purple hybrid mattress), and walk-in closets. The back guest room features an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bathroom, with a combined bathtub-shower, is across from the second guest room.

THE THIRD FLOOR:

-Come play in the game room, a unique space with awesome neon lights with a two sleeper couches! Play a game of shuffleboard on the 9' table. Enjoy board games by the couch. And take pictures in front of the artist's heart-shaped neon wall!

-The rooftop deck overlooks the backyard and the greenbelt trees beyond. Enjoy the sunset views!

THE BACK YARD:

-Over 8,000 square feet of yard space!

-Have a splash in the 20' x 30' pool with 6 feet deep end, shallow sunbathing ledge, fountain, waterfall, and changing color LED lights.

-When it gets chilly, relax into the 6 person hot tub, with high powered aqua jets.

-Exclusive, private access behind back yard fence to luscious greenbelt creek!

PARKING:

-Gated driveway features a two-car port and space for 2-3 more cars.

-Cul-de-sac usually has between 2-6 parking spots open.

-Note: No access allowed into garage.
