Nestled above El Alma’s famous Rooftop bar and Terry Black’s world renowned BBQ joint, the house is steps from Austin’s most popular restaurants, bars, parks, trails, and swimming holes making this home the ultimate austin living experience. Enjoy the incredible downtown skyline views from the swim-up bar in the private pool, beach, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, dining and multiple living areas.
Inside the home is an open concept living, dining and kitchen with unobstructed views of downtown through almost every window, oversized glass door and high ceiling.
This house works as hard as it plays with an executive office equipped with sit/stand desk, dual monitors and HD video camera, a workout area, a game room, media room, and turntable equipped with classic vinyl that can be played across the entire house via eight zone Sonos stereo system.
The 5 bedroom (plus bonus room)/4bath house sleeps 12 very comfortably with five king sized beds/rooms and a flex room with a full over full bunk bed. Also, bonus pullout couch in upstairs living room.
Living room is huge with 14 foot ceilings, large windows and multiple 9 foot glass French doors that open to the backyard and amazing city views. The centerpiece of the room is a large modern leather sectional with electric reclining seats, leather captain chair, 65 inch 4k TV and Sonos surround system.
Kitchen is a chef and entertainer’s delight with large island, commercial appliances and thoughtful additions that include dual coffee machines, pressure cooker, and air fryer
Indoor dinning area hosts a large reclaimed hardwood table and extra seating at bar.
Outdoor dining is covered and has a large teak farmhouse table and views of downtown.
Outdoor grilling from built-in commercial natural gas grill.
Outdoor living consists of a pool, spa, several sitting areas furnished with couches, Adirondack chairs, fit pit and yard games on the turf. The spa is free to heat, but there is a $100 per day charge to heat the pool.
Primary suite “El Presidente” is oversized with vaulting ceilings and large glass doors that open to a large covered deck with outdoor living and the best view in Austin. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower and separate jacuzzi tub, dual vanities, bidet, and large walk-in closet.
The El Presidente suite has large HDTV and Sonos suround sound with another dedicated Sonos zone for the bathroom.
Primary suite #2 has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom new 4k smart tv.
Bedroom #3 has a king sized bed and views of downtown with adjacent bathroom.
Bedroom #4 has a king sized bed with adjacent bathroom.
Bonus room has a full over full sized bunk bed.

House has unobstructed views of 4th of July and NYE firework show downtown Austin. Enjoy from the pool, hot tub and patios.
The house has three off-street parking spots, additional street parking permit can be requested.
Guests will be provided with front door lock code prior to check in.
The house is 25 minutes to Austin International Airport depending on traffic.
A. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. No parties.
B. All guests shall abide by SPRKhost’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
C. Pets are not permitted unless specifically preapproved by the SPRKhost.
D. Renter must be at least 28 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
E. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
F. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without preapproval by SPRKhost. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
G. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
H. No fireworks on premises at any time.
