Enjoy the beach life with your pets, family, and friends in the Citrus (B) side of Citrus + Surf on 11th street, a thoughtfully renovated, side-by-side, two-story beach house in St. Augustine Beach. Open concept, main floor with a cozy living area, office nook, well-appointed kitchen, screened-in porch, and jewel box powder room. The second floor boasts an inviting master with a private balcony, king bed, and daybed, and a bright second bedroom with two full beds. Custom walk-in shower, double vanity, comfortable linens, and ensuite laundry complete the top story. Plenty of room for adults, kids, and furry friends to hang together and have a comfortable sleeping space. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private, outdoor rain shower and enjoy dinner and a campfire in the backyard, complete with string lights and mature landscaping. An outdoor grill, high-end cooktop, bar seating, and outdoor picnic table are just what you need to prepare and serve a tasty meal.

Located in the heart of the sought-after numbered streets, a 4-minute walk gets your feet in the sand to enjoy the sunrise with a coffee, surfing, and plenty of beach relaxation. Walk toward the ocean and stop by Cafe 11 for good eats, craft beer, and tunes. Turn left on A1A and enjoy homemade ice cream, famous coconut shrimp, and a legendary diner breakfast complete with the island's best Bloody Mary. Turn right toward A street, and you'll find the favorite coffee shop of locals and several choices for a fresh oceanside meal. A walking and bike path lines the right side of the property, a safe way to explore and exercise on the island. Ample parking, storage, and all the items for a perfect beach day await you. We provide beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, a beach bag, and beach towels to make your beach days easy.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is located a short walk to the beach. The furniture and decor is adorable boho chic. The yard is fully fenced which is perfect if you are traveling with a pup. The hosts are very responsive. 10/10 stay we look forward to coming back.

Best birthday vacation ever

Came to this amazing house to celebrate my birthday with my family. I brought my dog along for the ride. This house is so accommodating and accessible to the beach and restaurants and only 15 minute drive away from the famous fort in Saint Augustine. Everyone thought the beds were super comfortable and the pillows every night we passed out just like we were at home. Would stay here again!

Perfect for a beach weekend!

Location was perfect! The house so cute! Outdoor shower was perfect after a long day in the sun! I can’t recommend this house more.

Very nice property and great location.

This property was recently renovated loaded with all of the amenities. We stayed for a month and hated to leave. Conveniently located near several restaurants as well as the beach. It’s also a short drive to the historical city of St. Augustine, the St. Augustine Amphitheater and other local tourist attractions. The owners, George Angela, were great to work with and made our first VRBO experience a pleasure. I highly recommend this property! My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful Vacation!!!

We spent a few weeks at Citrus and Surf to escape the chilly Massachusetts weather and we enjoyed every minute. Angela and George provided every thing we needed to just kick back, relax and enjoy a beach vacation. The house was clean, well stocked and in a great location. We walked to all the shops, parks, restaurants and took our pup to the beach every day. Thank you Angela and George for a wonderful vacation 😎

Citrus + Surf

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Citrus+Surf. The duplex was perfect for us, and had everything we needed for our stay. While there we did have a small problem with the air, and Angela was great to hurry over and swap the batteries for the thermostat to start back working. We look forward to being able to come back soon.

Fabulous Location with boho chic vibes

This property is located super close to the beach, within walking distance! Not only that, but 4 beach chairs and a wagon are included as well! The outdoor shower was so nice to use to get the sand out of all the nooks & crannies. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the screened in porch, grill up dinner & roast smores in the backyard, this place has it all! The hosts even provide a charging pad at each bedside, how thoughtful is that? You can't go wrong with this place!

The house is beautiful. The hosts have anticipated just about everything you will need for your stay. Loved the sunroom, the bedroom balcony. Fire pit, outdoor shower. Very comfortable. They were very responsive with questions and helpful when needed. Good eateries in walking distance. Beach is one block over. Best house rental experience! Our 10 year old wanted to move in! You will enjoy your stay if you decide to book this property.

Perfect home near the beach!

We came with our daughter and son-in-law to celebrate her birthday. What a wonderful home with great Boho decor, perfect for 2 couples with pups! Everything is brand new! Beautifully landscaped front and back yard with a cool outdoor shower that was a big hit! Everything you need including beach towels and chairs! Short walk to the beach at the end of the street, and only a short drive to downtown St Augustine. We come to St Augustine several times a year, and each time we find something new and fun to do. Sometimes we stay on the beach, sometimes in town. This time we loved Odd Birds for food and drinks, Cafe 11, Santiago’s, Crabby’s Beachside and, of course Oasis. We took a sunset cruise that left from the Conch House Marina, a vintage but cool little unknown spot for us. Stopped at the Distillery for a bottle of bourbon and poked around in some of the shops. On our way back home we visited Anastasia state park and went on a really cool trail through primitive old Florida forest. We’re already talking about our next trip and would definitely stay in this great house again!!
