The Space:
This home is perfect for a couple or a family looking to stay for a comfy stay. The beach is just steps away from the front door! As far as location, you cannot beat the walkable proximity to local restaurants, bars, coffee shops and attractions!
The kitchen has all of the essentials for a comfortable stay, including all cooking basics (olive oil, salt, pepper), plenty of dish ware, coffee machine (with filters and ground coffee provided), microwave, stove/oven, big fridge and brand new dishwasher!
Washer and dryer as well as all supplies have been stocked for your convenience. Linens and towels are included.
Enjoy the BBQ grill, situated on the private patio just outside the back door!
Just a few feet away and your toes are in the sand! You can't beat the value!
There is another unit situated on the property towards the back where we host short-term rental guests. They have their own space completely separate from this home.
THE LAYOUT - Unit A has a solid 2/1 layout:
BEDROOMS: One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other a Double.
BATHROOM: is situated between the 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features a walk in shower.
ADDITIONAL SLEEPING: Full Sofabed
SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
Guest Access:
Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. The home located adjacent to this house is entirely separate. They have their own space and their own amenities. **The deck above their unit is private and for their use only.
Dog friendly ONLY other pets will not be considered due to allergies. **WITH FEE** If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!
**Airbnb Guests: Airbnb does not automatically include pet fees (due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually), please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**
The Neighborhood:
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! Try Sunset Grille, Stir It Up, and Salt Life for a bite to eat.
The Kookaburra coffee shop is just a few short blocks away, and is a local favorite.
Just a 10 minute walk up A1A is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car to get around, or heading over to Drifters 2 blocks away and renting bikes!

Please be aware that certain vendors, such as lawn care, pool and other routine maintenance providers, may visit the property on a weekly basis. Their visits are scheduled based on weather conditions and other factors, so they do not have a fixed schedule.
Guests must be 21 or older to book.
There is another home situated on the property where we host short-term rental guests. They have their own space completely separate from this home.
It is important to note that the driveway is shared with the other unit on the premises. You may of course park in the driveway and it is LIKELY that you will be able to, but please remember, there may be guests in the other unit who brought a car and need to park as well. Please be considerate of each other. Street parking is FREE on 5th Street so this is another excellent and convenient option, located right outside the front door.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

One dog maximum is allowed - no weight limit.
Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Night, $175.00/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Month.
-This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation.
-The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges.
-Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in.
-Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
