Kitchen is separate from living room/sleeping area, has a large tub shower in the bathroom with walk-in closet. This NO PET suite is in a small block (2 story) of 8 suites in a private courtyard setting with faux foliage / grass. Washer/dryer & off-street parking available. With walk score of 94 this is perfect for business travelers, couples or small family.
The space
Being on the upper (of two) floors and wrap around windows there is a ton of light making it feel more spacious. The French doors open to your own private balcony off the main room which has almost 270 degree views of the city, harbor and airport (in the distance) or just to watch the everyday hustle & bustle as people go about their day, with a coffee in your hand. The kitchen is well equipped & has a small table and chairs, so you can make your own meals or sit and enjoy something delivered! We don't allow pets or other animals for the safety of our other residents in this small, gated property.
Guest access
Guests access through the front security gate, into a raised courtyard area and the suite is on the right. Guests will enter through their own private front door after opening the dead-bolt and door handle lock. You have exclusive access to the entire suite.
Other things to note
No smoking - means no smoking of ANY kind ANY where on the premises. This includes e-cigs, cigars, vaporizers, hookahs etc. You will forfeit the deposit and be asked to leave the premises. If you see anyone smoking or are being affected by someone smoking/vaping etc., please notify us as soon as possible. No PETS or other animals are permitted on the property. We also have several external cameras for our guest's security and our peace of mind as hosts which we use to clarify any issues with respect to guest safety and/or house rules.
