Möbliertes Studio mit separatem Eingang. Eine von zwei separaten Wohnungen auf einem großen Grundstück. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit Parkplätzen an der Straße, die nie zu voll werden.

Flat ist 22 Fuß X 18 Fuß (396 sqft). Hat ein Vollbad (5 'X 8') und einen Küchenbereich (11 'X 5. 5') mit großem Backofen / Herd, großem Kühlschrank und Spüle. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen usw. Queen-Size-Bett. Kleiderschrank.

Fenster an allen vier Seiten der Wohnung blicken meist auf Bäume und (über eine Straße) einen Canyonbereich. Ruhige und friedliche Gegend, aber zentral gelegen (in der Nähe des Balboa-Parks, des Zoos, der Innenstadt, von Little Italy, des Flughafens und der Bucht) mit guter Anbindung an die Autobahn I-5.

Betreten Sie durch das Sicherheitstor und dann den privaten Eingang in der 2. Etage (Besucher erhalten für beide einen eigenen Tastaturcode). Manchmal sind zwei kleine freundliche Hunde draußen im Hof.

Die Studio-Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock (über einem nicht sehr genutzten Carport) und ist von anderen Wohnungen auf dem Grundstück getrennt.

Everything it was meant to be!

This property did not dissappoint. My friend needed a place to stay for a month during a remodel of his home. This property fit the bill perfectly and the host delivered all that was promised. In fact, there was confusion the last day as my friend didn't understand the check out time. The host was very gracious about it and that was deeply appreciated.

Overall a great place in a great location. No laundry on site is a bummer but the location pretty much makes up for it. Owner is on site and great.

Quaint little getaway

My wife and I stayed at Hal's place for 3 weeks to use it as a bit of a base for smaller trips on the area (Catalina, Palm Springs, etc).It was the perfect little home away from home to always come back to between trips for us. The place is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need, both the couch and bed were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was fully stocked with towels everything else you might need.The area is great to explore San Diego, without being right in the touristy area. It felt like a very safe neighborhood.We actually had to slightly change our dates last minute due to my wife's work

Perfect apartment

The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler like myself. It's in a great and central location - close to the airport, 15 mins to downtown, 25 minutes to La Jolla. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable. This was my second stay and I'll be back. Hal and Christine are great hosts!

Close to everything, wonderful property owners

Close to everything, wonderful property owners. I would highly recommend this property. It was in a beautiful area close to everything. Parking was never an issue. The apartment was clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. It had everything needed for a long term stay. The owners were also on property and were beyind nice. I cannot recommend this property enough.

A successful stay

We stayed through January and February; everything was as advertised. The apartment is small, but clean, comfortable and functional. The location is quiet and convenient (if you have your own vehicle), and parking was never a problem. We took full advantage of the proximity of Balboa Park, and the 5 beach walks within easy driving distance (Harbor Island, Coronado, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla). Communication with Hal and Christine was quick and easy, and their suggestions were helpful. One fly in the ointment was the unstable wifi, but Hal was working with the provider (Cox) to get the problem resolved. All-in-all, a very successful holiday!

This loft was perfect for our stay! It was clean and stocked with soap/shampoo, coffee and kitchen supplies! The location was great - quiet and residential but not too far from things in the city. Hal & Christine were very friendly and easy to contact. I highly recommend this flat!

Had everything you needed!

I stayed in their studio apartment for three months during a summer internship from May to July. It had everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the apartment even down to the smallest details so you could feel right at home. Great place to stay in Mission Hills!

My girlfriend and I needed a long term Vrbo while we found jobs and a new home in SD. Hal and Christine were so great! The flat is very nice and has everything you would need. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walks. Close to a market, restaurants, and easy to get to anywhere in SD. Hal and Christine were very sweet and were there to help with anything we needed! We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect!

I stayed at Hal and Christine's place for 5 months during my recent transition to living in San Diego. And, I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The flat had EVERYTHING I needed to live comfortably and the beautiful and accessible location made my introduction to San Diego an incredibly positive experience. Last but definitely not least, Hal and Christine were the most gracious of hosts. Whenever I had a need or request they were immediately responsive and helpful. I will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family in the future when coming to town.

Perfect Spot

I stayed here during an internship for three months. The studio has absolutely everything you would need. Hal and Christine really put some thought into the place. I didn't want to leave! The location is prime but the street is very quiet and I felt very safe here.
