2 Bed 2 Bath Beach Condo!!!

Built in 2022! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Year round Beach front building, heated pool and kiddie pool, onsite, short bike ride to the boardwalk with tons of restaurants, 3 piers with games, rides and every NJ shore food you can imagine. We have 3 flat screen TVs, Wifi and full kitchen. Look no further as you have found your favorite new getaway.

Requirement: No pets, vaping or smoking due health conditions of owner.

🔒 Door lock

The lock code begins on day you check in and will expire on the day you check out. Use the back of your hand to activate the keypad. Then click any numbers that pop up in any order then once all the numbers pop up, then type in your unique code. It will be sent on day of check in.

🚗 Parking-You will have one reserved parking space for the unit which is off street ( the same as the unit). Cars are not permitted to block the sidewalk. Additional parking on the street is metered on the main road however one block away from the ocean is first come first served. *** Very important that you utilize your spot ONLY. If in another unit’s spot, they will call for tow. If you have more than one vehicle (not recommended), you will have to find your own parking for the other. In the height of the season, this is not easy to find and can be costly.

House Rules

The following is a list of our "House Rules" which are intended to help keep our vacation home in pristine condition so that future guests will be able to enjoy the property as you and your family have for your vacation. If you enter the condo and notice that something has not been cleaned to satisfaction or anything you believe the management company should be aware of, please tell us right away - and we will do our best to remedy. We cannot fix anything or provide resolution "at the end of your stay". Thank you in advance for your consideration.

This is a privately owned vacation rental for up to 6 people. You will not receive daily cleaning as you would in a hotel room. The majority of the complex are owners who do not rent out their units. It is very family friendly. There will be no tolerance for any loud parties, music or large groups of rental guests. If this occurs, you will be asked to leave without refund. Quiet time at 11pm.

👉🏼BEACH EQUIPMENT & BEACH BADGES-Due to limited walking space. The HOA does not permit owners or tenants to store beach supplies in the unit or in the walkways. We suggest using your trunk to keep beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas. Beaches in Wildwood Crest are free and do not require badges but are mostly non-smoking.

👉🏼NO SMOKING/VAPING PLEASE-This vacation property inside and out (including on the deck) is NO SMOKING/VAPING. If you wish to smoke, it must be done outdoors in a designated smoking location or in your vehicle. Any proof of smoking on premises will result in loss of your deposit and possible other expenses due to additional cleaning and/or repairs. The presence of smoking in this property is subject to early eviction without refund to the current guest(s) or resident(s).

👉🏼LAUNDRY-Please change out of swimwear upon returning to the condo and hang wet swimwear in the bathroom and towels on the hooks provided. There is paid laundry in the complex that can be used by renters, rather than many commercial facilities. Please do not leave laundry unattended in the appliances. Clean out the lint trap of the dryer after each cycle. Note: they are coin operated and there is no change maker on site be sure to bring quarters.

👉🏼ABSOLUTELY NO PETS/ANIMALS OF ANY KIND-Any proof of pets on premises will result in loss of your deposit and possible other expenses due to additional cleaning and/or repairs. The presence of pets in this property is subject to early eviction without refund to the current guest(s).

👉🏼TRASH and RECYCLING-There are garbage receptacles on premises. Please continuously get rid of your trash throughout the week and be sure all is emptied upon departure. All recycling should be clean and dry before adding to the bin.

👉🏼KITCHEN-Please clean up any accidental messes left on the counter or in appliances. Place only organic materials in garbage disposal. Rinse dishes prior to placing them in the dishwasher.
Hand wash knives, pots and pans. Excess cleaning of the appliances will result in extra cleaning fees from our cleaning service. Even though the property is new the pipes in the street are original. Oil/Cooking Grease/Bacon Grease should be cooled until solid and disposed of in the trash.

👉🏼LIGHTS, AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING-There are lights, twinkle lights, central air conditioning and heat in the unit. Please “be green" and turn them down/off when going to the beach for the day. Since the unit is not incredibly large, they tend to work quickly. There are ceiling fans that can be utilized as well.

👉🏼BATHROOMS-Please use the fan while showering in the secondary bathroom and open the window while showering in the primary (there is no fan). Remove hair from the drain. Use of flushable wipes or flushing feminine products is prohibited.
