Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Mer Sea. The place was clean and had everything you could need. We enjoyed the golf cart and made an added bonus to our stay. The heated pool was great for the kids on the cooler days. Host was responsive and thorough.

Everything we were looking for!

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the drawers, closets, and garage were well stocked with options, and communication was prompt and courteous. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay at this cute beach house! The location was perfect, and we loved having The Big Chill right across the street. It was so convenient to have everything right there.The high chair and pack ’n play were also a huge help and made traveling with our child much easier. We loved being just a short golf cart ride from the beach, and having the chairs and shade cover there made our beach days so easy and enjoyable.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!

Mer Sea was very stunning!!!

From beginning to end our experience with Barton Beach Rentals was amazing. Their professional staff were very nice and helpful and the stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed and more. I will definitely be returning and telling others about our great experience. Until next time Big Chill, lol!

Great Place

Great clean place, communication with Rachel was quick and easy. Community area was clean and quiet. Tip try the south pool across the street if you want little quieter pool It was less busy than main pool.

Great location

We loved everything about our stay. Beyond the perfect condo, it's so nice being able to run across the street to the Big Chill to grab food or last minute necessities. All the beach chairs and accessories mean no sand in your car on the way home. It's a nice easy bike ride to Rosemary. Perfect golf cart ride to Seaside. We loved the beach at Deer Lake. So beautiful.

First Family Vacation

We had a lovely stay at Mer Sea! The property was exactly as shown. We chose this property because it had everything we needed for our toddler - high chair, pack and play, car seat, baby gate at the stairs plus towels, beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was great! We were close to the pool and within driving distance to shopping and restaurants. Traveling with a toddler is no easy feat but as soon as we stepped in we felt like we were home! We can’t wait to come back again!

Our family had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this home again! The house was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was fully stocked with all the essentials, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable.The location was perfect—being directly across the street from The Big Chill was a huge bonus. Our 12-year-old and 11-year-old daughters loved being able to walk over to enjoy the food, games, and entertainment. The included golf cart was another highlight and made getting around 30A so much fun. The bikes were also a great addition, and we enjoyed riding them a couple of times during our stay.Communication from the property representative was outstanding. They were very responsive and provided excellent information before our arrival, making the entire process seamless.We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting 30A. We can’t wait to come back!
