Sunkissed Oasis is a stunning townhome with three bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to nine. High-end finishes and thoughtful details complement the cozy furnishings in this beautiful retreat. From sunrise to sunset, relaxation awaits throughout the open-concept living/dining space bathed in shades of sand and sea. Lounge on the large sectional sofa and take in the view of the Sound through floor-to-ceiling windows or escape to the private balcony with a good book for a little quiet time. A beautifully appointed kitchen offers tons of counter and cabinet space and everything needed to prepare mouthwatering meals. After days spent exploring gorgeous Navarre Beach, relaxation will be in order. A master suite and guest suite are located on the main floor, while a second guest suite upstairs features a double bed in a spacious loft. The master suite is a welcome retreat with a king-sized bed, built-in vanity/workspace, and an en suite bathroom sure to delight. Step onto the private balcony overlooking the pool and enjoy gorgeous sunrises and coastal breezes with your morning coffee. A full-sized washer and dryer,  ping-pong table, two paddleboards, two adult bikes, and a metal detector are additional conveniences to make your stay even more enjoyable.



Relax by the pool, challenge your friends to a game of ping pong, or explore the stunning Navarre coastline via the paddle boards or bikes included in your stay. A metal detector serves a dual purpose, providing hours of fun searching for buried treasure while working on a golden tan on the beach nearby. When you’ve worked up an appetite, hit East Bay Crab House, the Slippery Mermaid, Dewey Destin’s, or Juana’s Pagodas, all featuring delicious seafood and ice-cold drinks.



Additional Notes



Pier: The pier is located behind the property on the Sound side and, while fishing is allowed, docking of any watercraft is not permitted.



Parking: Only three vehicles are allowed; one in the garage, one in the driveway and one in the designated parking spot. Vehicles will be towed at the owners expense if not in accordance.



Beach service: Seasonal beach service is available from March 1st - October 31st which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella provided via text to the beach service company for delivery request.



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
