Tastefully decorated to match the lush setting, our spacious house has everything you need to have fun with the whole group. Relax in the pool under the sun, lounge under the stars around the fire pit, bbq using our grill, hike in the beautiful National Park, or visit the shops and restaurants in downtown Joshua Tree.

The Space:

Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. We hope this space can be a retreat away from home!



The property comes with a swimming pool, outdoor propane fire pit, and BBQ. Our home was designed to maximize your outdoor fun all year round!



** Pool Heating **

Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The cost of heating is mentioned below depending on the months of the year. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay.



Jan, Feb - $180/night

March thru Oct - $80/night

Nov, Dec - $120/night





Our living room and primary bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs that come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Youtube TV! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected. For those who want a break from technology, we have a few board games to create cherishable memories with loved ones.



Equipped with all the details and amenities of a home, you can unwind in a peaceful environment close to everything you need. Our bedrooms have high-quality mattresses and fresh linens so you can get an amazing night’s sleep!

***Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***



If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.



Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.



We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.



Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.
