This condo is the perfect location for your North Conway getaway! You will be within walking distance to both North Conway Village with shops, restaurants, playground, and The North Conway Scenic Railway and Station. Cranmore Mountain Resort is minutes away for skiing, hiking, tubing, and the year round adventure park!

The condo is spacious for friends and family. The open concept kitchen, dining room and living room is perfect for movies, games, and cozying up by the fire while you take in the views of the slopes at Cranmore from the sliding glass doors or out on the balcony. The balcony also overlooks the outdoor pool! There is a storage closet for your ski gear. In the summer, you can cool off in the outdoor pool and walk to events in the Village and at Cranmore!

The condo has 3 bedrooms, a full bath and washer/dryer on the 1st floor, and a stocked kitchen, dining room for 6, half bath and spacious living room with fireplace on the 2nd floor. You will not feel cramped in this space. It's the perfect spot for family or friends to getaway to scenic North Conway.

Perfect location to walk to the downtown area! The house has every amenity you could want and the owners are helpful and very responsive. We will definitely stay again!

Great stay… 3 years in a row! This year we did the Saco River tubing and Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park. Highly recommend the tubing!

Great location, great space for family

This is our second year in the same place and we love it. After years of staying in North Conway, we feel this is an ideal location- close to Cranmore and town. The place is spacious and well equipped and the owners are easy to communicate with. Everything is clean and plenty of room for a family of 5.

A Wonderful Place to Stay

This place is so great. Me & my family loved how close it was to N Conway Village that we walked there every time. It’s far enough away from all the hustle & bustle and the peace & quiet when your here is amazing. Close enough to all the attractions & hiking & fun stuff to do. Whether you have a small family or large there is plenty of room for all. Will definitely be back!!The only thing we didn’t get to do was go in the pool ran out of time.

Spacious, clean and in a perfect location.

My family and I went for a quick get-away. The condo was spacious, clean and exactly as pictured. I absolutely loved that it was such an easy walk to both downtown North Conway and to Cranmore Mountain, This was a great find!

Great Location, Comfortable Place

We have been staying in this area for many years, and this is a great place, in a perfect location. It is close to Cranmore, close to town, and the condo is clean and well outfitted. The ktichen is well-equipped for cooking, and the laundry and bathrooms were well stocked. The hosts were super responsive and friendly - we will be back for sure!

Great location, very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for making meals at the Condo. Pool was very clean and refreshing after spending a warm day shopping. Rebecca was very good about responding when I reached out with questions. It is a short walk to downtown, which was great. Also, very close to outlets. North Conway family weekend trip with dog

I loved this property! The location is great; 2 mins to the downtown area, about 15 mins to Story Land, 1 hour to Santa’s Village, and 8 mins to Diana’s Baths. Overall, the property had a great homey feel, and was great for my 1 and 5 year olds, and my dog, too. The pool was an added bonus. I recommend this place and will stay here again.

Family trip to North Conway

Awesome stay at Cranmore Birches - the condo was fantastic for our group of four adults and two kids on a short getaway to visit Storyland. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. The hosts were super responsive when we had a few questions and easy to communicate with. Walkable to the center of North Conway for some great coffee and pastries; a 10 minute drive to Storyland. Loved it and would stay again!

We have been visiting North Conway every summer for over 15 years. We decided to stay a little closer to the village this year. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to cranmore and the village. It’s conveniently located near the bike path and hiking/biking trails. The condo is very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, nice pool to take a dip in after a day on the trails. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning.

Ideally located oasis

Clean, spacious, well-maintained property close to everything you could possibly want to do. This was a great place to stay with my family and small dog. It’s an easy walk to downtown North Conway and Cranmore and a short drive to Storyland and many other attractions. The condo itself has absolutely everything you could possibly need and was comfortable and quiet. The deck overlooking the pool was a welcome addition. We would definitely stay here again!

I was thrilled with this condo. It was beautiful inside and so comfortable. I felt like I was home there. Everything was very clean! Rebekah and Justin were so responsive to questions! This place has everything you need. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing stay

Rebecca and Justin’s place are very clean, organized, well equipped. Bedrooms are very comfortable, spacious living room to enjoy time with family or friends. NH vacation

Great property for our group. All bedrooms are on 1st level with living space on 2nd level. Living room furniture was very comfortable and the recliners were a hit with everyone. Easy access to town and activities. Hosts were always accessible and took care of whatever needs we had surface. Would recommend this property. It would not really be recommended for handicapped people but worked for us. We used the pool quite a bit which the grandkids loved.

Fun family getaway

This was our second year staying at the condo. We love it! It is so spacious and has everything you need. The kids love the pool, the big screen TV, and the recliners. The condo is close to Story Land (10 mins) and Santa’s Village (1 hr) for the kids. It’s 2 mins away from the outlet stores for shopping. There’s a fully stocked kitchen and the grocery store is 2 mins down the road. You can walk to downtown North Conway and go to Zeb’s candy store and the 5 and 10 for little trinkets. It really is a great location.

Awesome Getaway

Great hosts. Communication was easy. The unit had everything we needed and more! It was so nice to come home after a long day of adventuring. We hit all the great local spots like Zebs, Merlino’s for dinner, The O bar for late night drinks and pool tables galore, North East ATV if you’re looking for a thrilling adventure, Saco Bound for a nice float on the river (current is unforgiving at this time.) Mystery NH Esacpe Rooms, mini golf and so much more! We will definitely be back to this unit.
