Beautiful and tranquil. Close to several State parks and activities. The pool was refreshing after our adventures. Safe neighborhood. Golf cart was a fabulous addition. Great retreat for families. Beautiful home in such a lovely setting! Our family of 6 loved staying here and having our own heated pool and hot tub! The 6 person golf cart was so fun to drive around the Plantation and we also enjoyed using the bikes in the garage! So many floats, boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, etc…in the garage for us to use. Flat screens in every room and outside by the pool! We would love to rent this house again! Wonderful experience!

Our family of 6 adults and one infant stayed comfortably for 2 weeks in this spacious house. The owner has thought of many ways to treat her guest’s needs. The pool area with several seating options, beach chairs, water toys, golf cart, kitchen small appliances (air fryer, crock pot, blender, multiple coffee makers….) comfortable beds and more, were greatly appreciated. There were a few small issues that the owner was very responsive to. This is our 7th stay on the Omni Property, our first stay in a house of which we enjoyed the pool and the privacy!

This was an absolutely beautiful property. Cleanliness is a very big deal for me when booking a property and my family and I were very impressed. We loved the outdoor space and the golf cart was an extra special bonus. The grounds surrounding the property was amazing and we were able to explore easily with the golf cart. We reached out to Alexandria to suggest options for more firewood and she replied within an hour. We had a cool rainy day and took advantage of the indoor fireplace which was also a nice bonus. We would definitely considering returning to this beautiful property again.

Absolutely stunning property! Beyond our expectations! Every possible thing you could want or need. The decor is luxurious but welcoming, the yard is a literal outdoor playground, absolutely gorgeous landscaping. The entire property is exactly as depicted and the location is perfect! Great Stay

We had a great stay at this location. We had my kids as well as my mother and father and we all enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and it was stocked with everything you’d need from kitchen supplies to pool toys and beach chairs. It was perfect. Check in and check out was easy and we will definitely plan another trip back.

Amelia Palms is exceptional and communication with host was very helpful. The pictures do not do this property justice. It has so many extras and the home is so beautiful inside and out. Our grandkids loved morning rides on the golf cart and swimming in the pool. Well stocked kitchen to include coffee bar.We will definitely return to Amelia Palms.

We enjoyed all the amenities! Close to the beach, tons of walking trails. The lush backyard is private and quiet, everything we wanted

Amazing House

Great place, very clean, owner was in touch if we needed anything. We have been to the island 12 times and this place was perfect.

We had a great stay at this vacation rental in Amelia Island! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool and golf cart were awesome extras that really added to the experience. We had a minor issue with the pool during our stay, but the owner was incredibly responsive and had it resolved within an hour. Great location, great communication. we’d definitely book again!
