Pet Friendly Lagoon Villa | Across the Street from the Beach

Bright and cheerful- that's what guests will notice about this lovely Lagoon Villa located on the Omni Amelia Island Resort. With two bedrooms, two full baths and plenty of space to spread out, it has everything needed to enjoy a visit to the beach!

The gorgeously updated galley kitchen is fully stocked with the necessities for preparing delicious meals for the whole family. This space sparkles with stone countertops and a backsplash of white subway tile. The service porch is conveniently accessible from the kitchen. This villa also includes a full-sized washer and dryer which guests will surely appreciate during longer stays.

The open concept living/dining space keeps everyone connected while playing a game or watching a movie! The stylish dining area includes a mirrored bar alcove and a round dining table which provides plenty of seating for four or more to enjoy a meal at home. The living room features a sofa, loveseat, a comfy chair centered around a flat screen Smart TV. An extended area includes a writing desk and a counter height table with three barstools overlooking the native flora of the grounds.

The roomy master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and lots of dresser storage space. An attached sitting area includes a sleeper sofa and a flat screen Smart TV. This area is defined by sliding glass doors leading to the back area with views of the golf course. The updated master bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and quartz topped vanity.

A second bedroom is located at the front of the villa and features a queen bed, a flat screen smart TV and cozy chair reading chair as well as sliding glass doors which bring the outdoors in! This room connects to the hall bath which has a combination bathtub/shower and a solid surface topped vanity.

There are several nearby beach access walkways nestled among the tree canopies leading to the pristine beaches of Amelia Island. While staying in this beautiful villa guests can stroll through the Omni Amelia Island Resort's shops and restaurants, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road!
