Good place to stay

We had a great stay at the property. It’s close to all the amenities we wanted to visit. The house was beautifully decorated but lacked some things…hair dryers, additional towels, kitchen towels, working dishwasher and window blinds.

Great Location

Enjoyed the stay only a couple of things, There were not any wash cloths, or hand towels in bathroom and the floors felt like they had sand on them when walking barefoot. These are minor things and we would stay here again.

Very spacious

We were three adults and used the stay to be close to State Farm stadium for a show. Perfect location. Uber cost 7 to get there. Walk home took us 45 min in the cooler evening. Place is very generous in space. Easily accommodates a large family. Large backyard, though dirt ground allows for gathering and games.

When I was reading the comments, I was a bit skeptical in booking this property, but I decided to give it a chance as it was a last-minute booking, and we wanted a place close to my cousin's house as we were in town for an event.I didn't receive the email from the owner with the information on the property, rules, and pin to check in. Needless to say, we arrived at the property well past our check in time and couldn't even get it in. It took him around 10 minutes to respond.The house is extremely spacious which is why we booked, but the cleanliness of the house needs major attention. The dishes and cabinets were dirty, and the sofa material was peeling off. This factor alone is a major concerns which is why we purchased disposable utensils. Luckily, we brought our own towels and blankets as I wanted to come prepared given the comments of previous people that stayed here. I gave the rating due to the lack of cleanliness and communication. Owner should definitely give the property some TLC to have future potential stays.

Spring training stay

We rented the property as a "home base" for a trip to see spring training baseball games. The location is very convenient to several of the spring training baseball parks. The property was adequate for us in every way, and it is obvious that the owner is trying to make it into a very nice rental property. There were four of us, but the home can accommodate larger groups. We would stay there again.

We rented this place for the George Strait concert. It is very close to State Farm Stadium giving you the option to walk or take a quick ride share. The property is beautiful and very well taken care of. Lots of space, super clean and makes you feel like home!!

Overall our stay was good. The house was a bit hot when we arrived with the thermostat set to 78 but it was also summer in Phoenix in an older home which is understandable. We adjusted the temperature down and it took a bit too cool off but ultimately it did. Our only complaint was that landscapers arrived early in the morning on a Saturday. We understand landscaping needs, but if you have guests staying, it would be helpful for them to expect the landscapers or simply have them come later/a different day. There also was no book or info available on the check out procedures & house info like the wifi network. Check-in was very simply and we appreciated being allowed to check-in a bit early. We would stay again. Thank you!

Clean and basic

The house was exactly as expected. No frills and not many amenities; simply a clean and basic space to stay. I had to contact the property owner a few times as I did not receive check-in instructions or correct WiFi details, but he was very responsive. There were a few minor issues I had to troubleshoot (e.g. toilet not flushing, TV audio not working, etc.), but not a big deal and was easy for me to fix.

Nice property and convenient

The property is very close to many stores, restaurants and attractions. Close to the freeway. Quiet neighborhood. The house is big. Slept my family of 6 total, and still had room left. The house is very clean. I would stay there again if I head to Arizona. The manager was great on communication. Highly recommend.

There was no check in/out info, no WiFi info, no wash cloths. We checked in around 6pm, went and ate dinner came back and showered and left the property by 9:30pm. The master bed had chunks of dust on it. The dishwasher had 2” of brown water in it, like they found it on the side of the road and put in under the counter. It wasn’t even bolted in. The drawer next to the dishwasher had no drawer guides and was falling down. The built-in bench in the kitchen didn’t have a cushion on it, just some painted plywood. The nicest part was the belly-up roach in the master bathroom. I had to call the host about the WiFi and he just gave me some random password, no network name. We tried about 15 networks and gave up. I also asked the host about washcloths and he told me that the cleaners probably threw them away. I paid for 3 hours and shower.

This place is designed for no frills or extras. Industrial design, no lamps, no extras, no wine glasses, nothing soft or comfortable, and somewhat very odd. Clean and basic.
