Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
We were in Phoenix for 2 weeks to soak up some winter sun, and this stay exceeded our expectations. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and a beautiful, private outdoor area. Sadly, it was not warm enough to use the pool. And then, we found a great 2 mile out and back walking path that we took almost every day! Just head out the front door, walk 3 houses down to a grassy park, and the path begins on the far side. We also visited every hiking area within an hour drive. Our favorites were White Tank Park (highly recommend taking Waterfall Hike, clear to the surprise at the end!) and Lake Pleasant Park for the wild burros. I do want to mention the required additional insurance, because this is the first time we’ve encountered it. The option was to either buy the insurance, or put up a 5,000 deposit, which we did. The fine print says it can take up to 24 days to get our deposit back, so all I can say is, today is day 6 and nothing yet. I understand this isn’t Ana’s fault. Otherwise, we’ve stayed in many VRBOs, and Ana’s place is really a 10 out of 10.
