On the beach
Feet in the sand...
If you are looking for a unique location: rolling out of bed, treading the sand and going for a swim in less than 1 minute, you are at home.
With a direct sea view of the Mediterranean, you can enjoy the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (with a bar and a large dining table) and dedicated office space. At the back, you find the night part of the house, consisting of 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom.
Outdoors, you have a private terrace of more than 60m2 (complete with sunbeds, lounge chairs and dining table), that provides you immediate beach access. In addition, you benefit from an inner courtyard of more than 25m2 with a BBQ.
Upon your arrival, the beds are made and bathroom towels are provided. Beach towels you would need to bring yourself. For the BBQ (of the brand Weber) the gas can be purchased at nearby stores. Airconditioning is installed in the living room.
During the summer, the house is available only for weekly rentals with arrival on Saturday.

The house has a unique location: directly on the beach. There is no road separating the house from the beach.
The beach is sandy and the sea has a gentle slope (being quite shallow for the first meters).
Together with a couple of other houses, it has access to a private parking area at the back (behind a closed gate). In the immediate vicinity, you find restaurants, a bakery and a small supermarket. During the summer months, you can also enjoy the beach bar nearby.
A less than 15 minute walk via the beach or the promenade takes you to the tourirstic centre of Valras-Plage. This has a pitouresque town square, restaurants and bars with sea view, a casino and a small harbour. There is a sailing club where you can take courses and rent watersport equipment, such as jet skis. For the kids, there is a playground directly on the beach.
In the environment, you can visit historic cities such as Beziers, Carcasonne or Montpellier, or cycle between the vingeards.
