Management Company Will Not Help
We stayed at the property. We checked in on a Sunday and from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, the people in the unit above made so much noise it sounded as if the ceiling was going to cave in. The family above had no regard for anyone else in the building. Up at 5-6 am banging and walking with ski boots until they left to ski and then picked up again from 4-8:30 PM. Texted and called the management office, and they told us a manager would call us back. We never received a phone call or text response. They said they would send someone up to the unit to ask them to be more considerate of the others. Never happened. We asked for a partial refund as we lost a day of skiing so my kids could actually sleep and were told that "Noise" is a police matter and not the management company. Basically telling us to go kick rocks. They allegedly do not manage the unit above while the sign when you drive in states that it is managed by Great Western Property. Are you KIDDING me? I will never book a property like this again. Especially at Sawmill Creek and even more so with Great Western as they couldn't care a bit about their customers once they receive your payment.
