Hello, your booking came straight form Vrbo with an email and phone number on file with your Vrbo account. We sent everything there and set up the code with the info provided, we didn't know that was your husband info and not yours. We were closed for the New Year Holiday but received your phone message and responded within minutes to get you the provided instructions that went to the email address on file. We are glad everything else was good for your stay.
